Hi,
Does anybody know how to check the time of arrival of a flight on this website?
Thank you,
Bill

Hi there, yesterday i gave my e-mail to somebody to confirm a flight for my mother ,
scheduled for january 10; that person is spanish speaker , so confirm my
e-mail and get in touch. thank you:BRUNO BATSTA

Hi,
My mother does not speak English and she needs to change plane in JFK. She is flying to Raleigh Durham as a final stop. I researched that she will be arriving by LOT ( Polish Airlines) on terminal 4 JFK and than she needs to get to Terminal 6 ( she is flying Jet Blue to Raleigh Durham). Can you tell me how can she get from one terminal to another? What kind of train she needs to take? Can I access the schedule of the train online?
thanks
Kasia

She needs to take the airtrain at JFK between terminals. She'll have to follow the signs for the airtrain (it's an airplane with railroad tracks coming out of the tail end). She should ask someone which train to board (She wants the one going to all terminals, not the one going to the subway stations).

Hope this helps.

My sister and I will be arriving at JFK on Dec. 23 @ 5:00pm. we will need to go to Grand Street in Brooklyn. What is the best way to get to this destination. Also have any idea what it would cost?

thank you,

Hi,

If you don't have a ton of luggage and don't mind public transportation, take the Airtrain to Queens, Sutphin Station and then take the J or Z subway to Brooklyn. By the way, this isn't the same Hannah Schwartz who worked at Oxford Health Plans?

Good luck and happy holidays.

check www.hopstop.com for public transportation directions and Taxi fares

I suggest to take a cab.It's about 27$ for a 20/30 min ride

hi im traveling from jfk jetblue terminal 5 from jan 30 2009 through feb 8 2009.i need to leave my car, how much will it cost me for those days?and how far is from jetblue terminal 5

I am considering a flight with my family where I would get off of a jetblue flight in terminal 5 and depart on an airberlin flight leaving terminal 4 an hour later, would this be enough time to get between terminals and go through customs?

There is no way you can make it in 1 hour. please keep in mind that Air Berlin closes check in 90 minutes prior to the flight. You should allow at least a minimum of 3+ hours for the transfer from T5 to T4 with the Monorail. Also keep in mind that Jetblue is unable to check your luggage all the way through. You have to claim it and re-check it at Air Berlin

Hi Mr. Hutton,
I've been doing the Berlin-JFK route for almost 20 years. There is NO WAY you can do a terminal change, security and check-in in an hour.

I don't know what security is like at Terminal 5, but for the delta flights it takes about an hour to get through just that. You won't have to do customs and German immigration until you hit Berlin ... that gets to be an issue on your return trip, when you have to do US immigration.

I would say, to be on the safe side, you need at the VERY LEAST three hours transfer time. The other thing you have to consider is if AirBerlin is going to require you to check-in on site at JFK. I've never flown Air Berlin transatlantic, but this has been my experience with other carriers (PanAm (in 1990), Delta, BA, Continental, United, Air France, Lufthansa, Iberia).

Since, 911, on transatlantic flights to and from the US, internet check in and boarding card issue seem to take place in person, at the desk -- period.

Both Jet Blue and Air Berlin are great airlines ... but make sure you relax and give yourself plenty of time to make the transfer ... like I said, three hours is the minimum, and five is probably best.

Best regards and safe travelling, Taryn Toro

Hey!
Im trying to get from Newark to JFK as fast as possible on the 25th to catch an international flight. I have 3 hours 50 minutes from I land in Newark til I have to be on the next flight at JFK. Is there any way I can make it? And how would I do so? Im hoping there will be little traffic this morning and I will most likely book myself in ahead of the flight so I only have to throw my luggage on the conveyor and head for the terminal. Thank you for any comments =)
