Terminal 7

Luggage was lost by an airline overseas. It was then found and sent from Poland to JFK. We were notified the luggage is at JFK but we were not told where they are holding the luggage! We have spent the past 3 hours calling Lot Airline, emailing Wizz Airline, calling several JFK Lost & Found, Customer Info, port authority… not one person has helped find where our luggage went to after it exited the plane! Who else can we talk to? We live out of state and want the luggage sent to us. This has truly been a nightmare. We were so relieved to hear the luggage arrived at JFK but now no one will help us locate the luggage so we can get it to us.

I lost a black kaka carryon bookbag with my critical eye drops in it, I believe it was left on the Norse flight or in customs if anyone finds it please contact me at 704-351-4360

Every restaurant was under employed and only had one bud boy wiping down tables. I thought that an International Terminal would have a higher level of service but most of the restaurants had 1-2 employees working. I felt bad for the workers and already assumed that the owners were hoarding their profits and not wanted to hire more people. Holy shit America is a 3rd world country with a Gucci belt.

Iberia failed to send my luggages to my final destination from terminal 7. It’s been a week that Iberia suppose to forward my luggages. They sent 2/3 but can’t seem to have any words on the last suitcase. They seem to have no idea about the suitcases. Everyday someone says something different. Loosing control over this. It’s beyond me how people don’t do their job and get away with services like this. They have hung up several times and they have gave me false info.

I left a pair of Bluetooth earphones (Jabra, black) a fitbit Charge 3 with a black rubber band around it and a black belt, in the bins at security after being rushed through.
