I am arriving to JFK and have a six hour layover until my connecting flight. Is it possible to leave the airport and return? If so, how much time should I be back before my connection? I am ticketed straight through.

Hello, I work for a car service company in queens, The best thing I can suggest is that you call a car service company and request a minivan, most companies use the chevrolet ventura, or the honda oddesey for this service so you will see whether your luggage fits or not, if it doesnt you might have to request one van and a regular car, the minivan might charge you around 60 to 80 dollars while the car might cost you around 35 dollars

I am flying to Washington DC (DCA national airport) and I have to transit at John F. Kennedy International Airport, should I do immigration process at John F. Kennedy International Airport or I can do immigration process at Washington DC (DCA national airport)?
You must go through
You must go through immigration at JFK as Reagan National does not have it there. Reagan National does not have incoming international flights except for flights from Canada where there is US immigration at the major Canadian airports.

Me and two friends are leaving Salt Lake on our way to Paris and have a 12 hour layover at JFK. Since it was so long, we figured we'd go spend around 6 hours in Manhattan. With customs, etc, are we going to have to carry our luggage around the whole time we're in the city? Will they let us check it again? Is there a locker we can use? Thanks.

My sister arrived at JFK airport from Atlanta at Delta-136,due to delayed flight ,she has missed her next flight PK-722.
i m highly concerned about her since unable to get in touch with her,she is coming alone n she did not contact anybody after her first n last call to me in morning.

From terminal to car rental w 2 dogs/carriers
Landing at 10:55am on a Tuesday, Northwest Airlines from Amsterdam. I will have 2 dogs with 2 big dog carriers, plus my luggage. Can I put the dog carriers on two trolleys and bring them on the AirTrain? Can I put the dogs on leash and walk them with all my stuff on one trolley? Can a trolley even go on the AirTrain? I have to get from the terminal to the Hertz car pick up place in Station C... any advice appreciated for this impending nightmare.
