Hi i wonder if you could help me please... Im going to be traveling on the 5th April, I'll be on flight 131 from LHR, What Terminal will i arrive at? Also i have 2 hours for a connecting flight to RDU #4418 What terminal do i have to get too for this flight? Once i depart my LHR Flight is there signs to follow for internal connections etc? Thanks in advance.

You will be arriving at Terminal 7. You will transfer onto American Eagle flight to RDU at Terminal 8. Take Airtrain for T7 on track 1 for one stop to T8. Two hours is enough time to transfer.

Hi There,
I am arriving with BA from LHR and need to change to a Delta flight to Memphis. Can you let me know what terminals I need to change to. Is there official transport? How long do I need to plan to be save in time including customs for luggage and immigration?
Thanks a lot!

You need to go from Terminal 7 to Terminal 3. Take Airtrain on track 2 to Terminal 3. Plan for at least two hours between landing and departing time.

Thanks for a great service and apologies if I'm duplicating a query.
I arrive from SFO on AA at T8 and need to meet an international passenger arriving on BA from LHR at T7. Can you suggest a good meeting place outside of the security screening area at T7 as we won't have USA enabled cell phones to make contact? I've spent a lot of time searching but cannot find any maps or plans of T7 on the net. Thank you.

A good meeting place is by international arrivals at T7, on the first floor. The place is not big and it is very easy to find somebody. You can wait by customs exit and there is no way to miss a passenger exiting from international flights.

Thanks again for a great service!

Hi,
I will be arriving via emirates airlines and transferring to a Jet Airways flight. How do i get from T4 to T8?
Thank you

Take Airtrain on the third level at Terminal 4(where Emirates arrives) , on either track(side) for three stops to Terminal 8(Jet Airways).

Hello, I'm arriving with Virgin America in terminal 4 at 3.40 from LAX, and would need to make it to a flight departing at 5.40 by Finnair (who closes their check-in 60 minutes before departure). Given that flights are almost always more or less delayed, do you think I will have any chance making it? What is the quickest way to connect between terminals, am I able to take a cab rather than running to the air train station?

Hi! I will be arriving at T1 at 2pm (via Air China) and I have a connecting flight at T8 at 5pm (via AA). How long will it take to walk the distance from T1 to T8? Also, after clearing the customs in T1, where can I check-in my luggage? Thanks!

There is NO way to walk between T1 and T8(there is a highway between those two terminals). Take Airtrain on the third floor at T1, on track 2 for one stop to T8. It will take you no more than 5 min.
As soon as you clear the customs and go through the doors look to your right - you will see the connecting flights counter for Air China.

Thanks a lot! Just a clarification, so I will check-in my luggage with Air China even if my connecting flight is with American Airlines? Thanks again in advance!

What happened in your case is have Air China transfer your bags onto your next AA flight.

Hi! I will arrive at JFK Terminal 1 at 2pm (via Air China) and I have a connecting flight at Terminal 8 at 5pm (via AA). How do I get from T1 to T8? Also, after clearing the US customs, is there a connecting flight counter in T1 on the same floor? Thanks!
