Hi, I need some information about transportation to nj. I'll be in JFK Airport in 19 Jun 2010, at 03.00pm. How can I go to Seaside Heights, New Jersey from the airport? I want to go to the Casino Beach Pier LLC/Breakwater Beach.

You can get there by train/local transportation. Take Airtrain from your terminal to Jamaica station, transfer to E subway or LIRR (faster) to Penn Station (or NYAS bus from your terminal to Penn Station) and then take the NJ Transit-North Jersey Coast line to the end at Bay Head and take local transportation from there to Seaside Heights.

Would you tell me the best way to get to the Chinatown from JFK using subway?

Take Airtrain to Jamaica station, transfer to the J subway to Canal St. At that station (Canal & Centre Sts.) Chinatown is south of Canal St. and Little Italy is north of Canal St. Walk around, explore, eat and enjoy!

I will be arriving at JFK on a Friday at around 4:15, I need to get to the 86th street/ 4th ave subway station in Bay Ridge/Brooklyn, what are my options? and about how long will it take?

The 86th St. Station in Bay Ridge is on the R subway line. Take Airtrain from your terminal to Jamaica station, transfer to LIRR to Atlantic Terminal-Brooklyn and then transfer there to the R subway towards Bay Ridge. Should take you about an hour or maybe a bit more and cost would be about $15. Taxi will cost about $55 + tip and take about 45 minutes depending on traffic.

My student is flying from SVO to JFK, but her final destination is Minneapolis. How much time does she need at JFK to have passport control, clear the customs, get her luggage and check in for her flight to Minneapolis? Thanks!

Is she flying Delta or Aeroflot? The transfer Aeroflot - Delta is little bit more complicated because involves change of terminals - she will need at least 1hr- 1/2hrs for that. The transfer Delta-Delta is better and less time-consuming since both flights are at the same terminal(45min to 1 hr is what it takes).

Please let me know the terminal to check-in for taking the American Airlines flt AA 100 departing to London on jun 5th 2010

American Airlines is Terminal 8

Greetings there,
I booked a ticket online from Athens, Greece, to Bozeman and I fly through New York.
I have to change airports from JFK to LGA. Unfortunately Delta does not handle the transport. Do you know how I can get to LGA from JFK and how far is it? My flight leaves 3 hours later. I hope I can make it.

Thank you

At JFK you have to go through immigration, pick up your bags(if you have any) and go through customs. That alone will take up to 40min-1 hr. You don't have that much time and I will suggest to to get an yellow cab to LGA - it costs around $30 and it takes 20-40 min to get to LGA.

How can i get transfer from JFK to LGA. Thanks

Take the NYAS shuttle bus from your terminal to LGA ($13).

Hello,

I would like to know if I can transfer from T7 to T8 without problems. I will arrive on saturday, to T7. Time : 16.05 (if the flight is not delayed). I fly with American Airlines (AA5679). Then I must transfer to T8. Departure Time 18.10. American Airlines (AA177) heading to San Francisco.

So I have 2 hours. I am travelling with cabin luggage (no need to pick up any lugagge).

I am an European citizen (not US-citizen). I fly from Madrid.

Will I have problems? Considering that I must clear customs?

Would you please, also, tell me Which is the procedure to transfer from T7 to T8? So I will not spend time wandering around.

note: flights are connected (American Airlines)

Any help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
