arriving to JFK
Hi,I am arriving to JFK on June 2nd on Delta 89 from Kiev at 2:30 PM and continue flying to Salt Lake at 3:45 PM. Is it enough time to go through passport and INS control with 1:15 minutes? Especially with one runway closed.

That is not enough time even with all the runways open:).
As a not written rule, to transfer at JFK you will need at least 2 hours time. Just to be on the safe side.

Cargo Area C has several buildings in it. Which building number are you inquiring about? Is this Aeroflot cargo building? In this case you can look at http://eng.aeroflotcargo.aero/company/reprown/newyork
Both buildings(67 and 68) are located on Cargo Plaza Road.

Regarding check-in couter info in terminal 4
Hi,
I have to change terminal3 to terminal4 to catch international flight at jfk airport.How long it will take to reach airtrain from t3,is it a walkable distance to catch airtrain. Also i have to get my Boarding passes at Jfk from kuwait Airways and finish my security check.Does Terminal4 has check-in counter for kuwait airways,where i can get my boarding pass,or Should i have to go to some other terminal to find an kuwait airways check-in counter to getthe boarding pass.

It is a walkable distance from T3 to T4(which is almost the same distance to get from T3 to T3Airtrain Station).
Walking the distance is no more than 10 min.
Terminal 4 has check-in counter for Kuwait Airways on the 4th floor. Once you get there look at the monitors on which row Kuwait Airline is located.

I do have some more questions.Once i reach T4 by Airtran in what floor i will be arriving.Is there any elevator/esculator/steps to reach 4th floor.My kid is little scared of esculator,i will have my carry ons with me so it will be tough to take her in esculator,so will there be steps/elevator to reach 4th floor from T4 Airtran Stop.
When i come back from India to Newyork(Jfk)After finishing immigration,i will have to go to Baggage claim to take my Baggages,is it located near.Will i find cart/porter to help me with my Baggages,Since i will be having 4 check-in baggages with me.Does custom check point is near to baggage claim area.
Shall i carry Baggage cart in Airtran from T4 to T3 do they allow Baggage/luggage cart inside it or shud i have to walk and reach Delta airlines At T3.Also will there be Delta check-in counter at T3 because i have to check-in all my luggages.

Airtrain at T4 stops on the
Airtrain at T4 stops on the third floor. There are stairs, elevator and escalator that will take you to the forth floor.
Baggage claim is right after the immigration; there are plenty of carts($5 charge) or porters to help you.Right after baggage claim is located customs check. Once you have passed the customs look for connecting flights counter where you can transfer you check-in bags for your next flight with Delta. Take Airtrain back to T3 on the third floor. FYI, baggage carts are allowed outside and/or on the Airtrain.
