sorry forgot to write about subway tkt.
answer is yes. but if you take a cab, you can not. to be able to buy a tkt, you will have to take air train to Jamaica station or Howard beach station, you pay $5 for air train when you get off the air train, then there are tons of subway tkt machines outside. you can buy single/ weekly/ monthly. I always take subway and air train to and from the airport. it cost only $7.25.

Depends on where Brooklyn your destination is. Flat rate for Manhattan is $45, you can give $10 as tip (including toll) Flat rate only applies for Manhattan, but if Brooklyn Heights is your destination (closest to Manhattan) it will probably cost around $25-30. If Bay Ridge or somewhere south, I assume cost more. If bushwick or somewhere closer to the airport, of course it costs less so I can not tell how much it exactly will be but hope you can have an idea how much it will cost by Manhatta price.

I plan on arriving on a flight from Dubai (with Emirates) and then going onto to Punta Cana (with AA). Will I have to go through customs as I am not staying in the US but going from one international destination to another? I am looking at 40 minutes between arrival and departure. Is this timeline even possible?

Both my mom and I are arriving on flights to JFK at the same time and we need a good place to meet. I am arriving from Europe on KLM and she is arriving from California on Virgin. Would be great to know the best place to meet eachother so we can taxi together midtown.

My friend and I are arriving in New York JFK at terminal 2 and at terminal 7 the delta flight at terminal 2 at 6:25 a.m. the United flight at Terminal 7 at 6:45 a.m. We need to share a ride into the city where should we meet and plan our ride. Thanks?

We (2 adults + 12 years daughter) are visiting NYC (first time) this week and unfortunately were not very lucky with our hotel in NYC. Because of sky-rocking prices in Manhatten we booked hotel near Queensboro Plaza Station on Long Island. Any suggestions how to get there form JFK. I saw that there is an airport free service to Jamaica station and from there Subway ... to Queensboro station . But I am bit confused with Subway system , it looks like that line from Jamaica doesn't stop at Queensboro st. Any way that place arround Queensboro safe ?

Customs -- Time between flights
Hi -- I have two Delta flights -- one arriving at 3:25 PM from Athens, Greece; and, then my second flight departs for Atlanta at 4:50 PM. Is there going to be enough time for me to deal with luggage and customs? Thanks!
NOT A GOOD IDEA
Very little time, Officers in customs are not the nicest people either. As soon as you get to custom area, try to notify some agent that your flight is within an hour. MY RECCOMENDATION. NEXT TIME, TAKE A DIRECT FLIGHT FROM ATHENS TO ATLANTA, I`M SURE DELTA HAS THAT SERVICE NON STOP!!!HAVE A NIUCE TRIP, ENJOY!
