Question about fine.
Hi. Couple years ago when i arrived to JFK, I paid fine $100 at airport because my mother put some meat for sandwiches for me that I didn't know about. It was in the sealed package, from the shop, even with the price. What kind of ticket it was? Yes, I understand that it was not mentioned and it was kind of violation, but still what kind of regulations were violated? Thank you .
You would need to ask
You would need to ask whoever issued you the fine, such as US Customs and Immigration, they can tell you what regulations you violated. Passengers cannot bring meats, fruits or vegetables from foreign countries into the US on regular passenger flights. I once brought an apple back to US from Europe with me that I did not eat on the flight and a security dog at customs sniffed my bag and found it. I guess I was lucky, they just made me throw it out.

Connection from Terminal 4 to Terminal 3
I arrive from Dubai at 7:55 am on Emirates (T4). How much time should I leave to connect to a domestic flight on T3 to DCA?
At least two hours; one hour
At least two hours; one hour to clear customs, time to change terminals (go to third floor of T4 to AirTrain and take train on track 2 one stop to T3), time to check-in and clear security at Delta. More is always better!

The "shower authorities"? Who, exactly, would that be, and what's their telephone number?
Some of the airline club rooms at JFK offer shower facilities, but you would have to buy a day pass, and might not be able to access clubs located beyond security, unless you will also be flying out from that terminal.

I need to go to Texas this Sunday but my passport is still at the Italian Embassy. I don't have a driver's license nor a state ID. Can I just show my permanent resident ID in Singapore or a photocopy of my passport? Thanks.

I am coming from india going to Raleigh via NY. My airindia flight will reach there at 6 am at TERMINAL 4 and next AA flight is at 8 am, TERMINAL 8. I need to do custom as well as luggage transfer can you please tell me right sequence/order of process. I am traveling with a 2 year old is there any help available with luggage transfer.

I'll be arraving on Sunday May 15th with American Airlines (operated by British Airways) from LHR at 4:50PM. I'm not a US citizen and will have to clear immigration. Will I be able to connect with my 6:25PM AA flight to SEA?

Could be tight especially if customs is busy, and you will probably have to change terminals, as BA normally operates out of T7 while your AA SEA departure is T8.
meeting children traveling alone
My children (7 and 12) will be traveling without an accompanying adult on an international flight coming from Russia. Can I obtain a non-flight boarding pass to help them pass the immigration and customs area? The air carrier (Aeroflot) appears to promise to have a representative by the children's side until I meet them (http://www.aeroflot.ru/cms/en/before_and_after_fly/kids), but I am not quite sure whether it means they will be able to assist them with the immigration paperwork and hauling the luggage through customs to a connecting flight. (The previous post was mine, too, sorry.)

My children will be traveling alone (with the carrier provided supervision) on an inbound flight to JFK. Can I get a boarding pass for accompanying minors and enter the secure area to help them clear the immigration and customs? Or should I ask the carrier to provide this service?
Inquire with the carrier
Inquire with the carrier about meeting unaccompanied minors arriving on an international flight. They may be able to issue you a gate pass to meet them at the gate however you are not an arriving passenger and not subject to customs/immigration.
