The only Emirates number for public release is (800) 777-3999 .

Hi,
I have to register my exit at a port of entry/departure, there's an office at Terminal 4 room 161/011, based on what I've found, but my departure to Montreal,Canada is from Terminal 8. What is the process and approximately how much time do I need to consider for this?
Thanks

You have to go to that office at T4(it is located on the first floor , adjacent to Connecting flights counters) and register with INS. Give yourself at least 1 hour for that.

Hello,
I am receiving a passenger arriving in Terminal 4 from Mumbai on an Air India flight. What should I indicate to the passenger as the most convenient meeting point after exiting customs? Is there a clearly demarcated meeting point or arrival lounge?

Also, what is a reasonable estimate for the amount of time it might take to reach arrival area after landing? The flight lands at 7.10 am.

Many thanks.

Either by Hotel reservation desk or by Travelex Money Exchange. Both of those places are right after customs exit and anybody can easily spot them.
If the flight lands at 7:10 is reasonable to expect the passenger around 7:45-8:00.

Is there curb side check-in for Air India at T4 ?
If so, is it convenient/safe/economical ?

If not, are trolleys available ? If so, how much do they cost ?

There is no curbside check-in for Air India. Baggage carts are available at $5 cost.

hello,

i am arriving in terminal 4 this week, on a flight arriving around 10 PM (xl airways). my dog will be travelling in the underbelly of the plane, and i am concerned about having the time to get through customs and getting back to him before things close.

can you confirm the protocol?

and, the easiest/fastest way to get to the customs office by the post office (building 77), if indeed that is where i'll need to go first?

thank you so much for your help,

If the animal is flying on the same plane then they will deliver it in the baggage claim area - no need to go to any other building. Double check with XL Airways.

Is there any Delta airline counter on the terminal 4?? If so, can I check in my baggage there and then move to the terminal 3 by the air train?? [I have to board the domestic flight to Detroit from the terminal 3] That will save me the trouble of carrying the bags all the way.

Thank You!

Yes, there is a Delta counter row at T4, forth floor.
You can check in there and then take Airtrain over to T3.

I have someone traveling from Dubai,UAE to Dallas, TX via JFK. DBX->JFK is via Emirates and JFK->DFW is via American Airlines. He has a layover of about 8 hours. Are there any lounge facilities that any passenger can use at terminal 4 or 8? If not, what other options are available? Also, for baggage transfer between the terminals, would a baggage handler transfer the bags between the terminals, for a fee ofcourse? Also, he is a bit old. Would there be any assistance (like a wheel chair) available for him to travel between the terminals? Whom do I contact to make those arrangements?

Thanks in advance !!
