At that time of night I'd take a taxi; safer and will take you directly to your destination. Approximate cost is about $90. If you're looking for cheap take Airtrain to Jamaica Station and transfer to the E subway or LIRR (preferable to subway at that late hour!) to Penn Station. Then take the PATH train towards Journal Square (late night service from Penn Station is via Hoboken) to either Grove St. or Journal Square. For the Exchange Pl. station transfer to the Red line towards World Trade Center at Grove St.

The NYAS express bus to Penn Station leaves from each terminal every 20-30 minutes from 7am-10pm, cost is $15.
