I have a few questions
1) i am arriving by turkish airline at terminal 1 and leave for tampa by american from terminal 3. Where can i drop my baggage after i clear customs? Would i have to take them all the way upto amercian check in counters? The luugages would be tagged upto my final destinations.
2) on my way back I am overnoghting at JFK coz of mis connection so is there left luggae facility at terminal 1
Thanks

I would like to leave my car at JFK long term parking for about 8 hours. Can I then take the airtrain to howard beach and catch the A train into Manhattan? Which long term lots can I do this from?

I arrive at 12:29pm at JFK terminal 8 and have to go through customs with light luggage. Then I have an interview at the terminal 4, IAT for the Global Entry Application.

What is the best way to get from terminal 8 to 4 and do I have enough time to do this? I do have someone picking me up at the airport by car so, if that is faster/more convenient, please, let me know as well.

I´ll arrive to JFK on July 30th 7 o'clock in the morning and I need to go to 23st and 7th in Manhattan, what is the rute I have to take and how long does it take? Thanks

Taxi is flat rate $45+tolls+tip, at that time of the morning it could take well over one hour. You can also take the subway; take Airtrain from your terminal to Jamaica Station and transfer to the E subway to 23rd St. and walk one block east to 7th Ave., travel time about 1.5 hours and cost is $7.25.

Can you tell me how to get from JFK (Delta flight from DC) to Fire Island using public transportation system? How long should it take?
Thanks!

Take Airtrain from terminal to Jamaica Station and then LIRR to either Bay Shore, Sayville or Patchogue and then take a local taxi from the station to the ferry. Which station to get off at whill depend on what location on Fire Island you are going. For example for Fire Island Pines which is towards the middle you will get off at Sayville (taxi to Sayville Ferry Service), west locations get off at Bay Shore (taxi to Fire Island Ferries) and further east get off at Patchogue (taxi to Davis Park Ferry). From Jamaica its about 1 hour to Bay shore and about 1-1/2 hours to Patchogue and some trains will require a transfer at Babylon.

..I understand that you pay $5 when you arrive at Howard B. or Jamaica S. to get to the Air Train. Do you pay another $5 on your return, if so where do you do it, on your way out of H.B. and J.S. to the subway?

When you take Airtrain from the terminals and exit at HB or JS you will purchase your $5 "exit" fare there. When you arrive at HS or JS going to the terminals you will pay your $5 "entry" fare there as well. If you have a pay-per-ride Metrocard you should be able to swipe that for your Airtrain fare.

Hi!
I am in East Hamtpon and I need to be at JFK on Jul 29 at 9:20PM.
Can you say me what bus/train I have to take?
Thank you very much

Take LIRR from Westhampton to Jamaica and Airtrain from there to your terminal. There's a 4pm train from Westhampton that arrives at Jamaica around 6pm, you'll be at the terminals in 15 minutes.

my 18 yr old daughter needs to get from jfk to lga - she should take the airtrain to where? and then take cab to lga?

Not by Airtrain. Follow signs to Ground Transportation and either take a cab ($30) or the NYAS shuttle bus ($13) to LGA.
