How is the fast way to go from terminal 8 to terminal 2? I arrive with an American Airlines flight BUE-JFK at 06.05 am and I have to take a Delta flight to San Francisco at 07.15 am. I have already made the web check-in. Thanks.
Take Airtrain on the second floor of T8, on track 2 . You will be at T2 Airtrain Station in 5 mins. Another 5 mins to walk from T2 Airtrain station to Terminal 2.

Do i need to pick the checked in luggage and do re-checkin with Jet Airways??
