(everything due to problems with London airport).
thank for helping me with your info!

Hi, my flight for London tonight is cancelled. I can't contact anybody over the phone and the website is not helpful. What can I do ? Can I come to the airport to rebook ?

Please help me to find my syster Larisa Yavorska, 56 years old, a citezen of Ukraine and has a disability (little person) - her arrival to Paris was delayed due to weather conditions so the ticket was reissued from Paris to New York (JFK) instead of directly to Miami.
Now, her flight arrived in New York (JFK)at 12:48am Dec.21, 2010, she has a wrong info about her next flight-she thinks she needs to go to Newark, NJ for her next flight, and I've called every possible # at JFK to locate her at no success.
Please help me to find her and let her know her next flight # is: DEL 1283 from JFK to Fort Lauderdale, FL (FLL), 7:20am, Dec. 21st, conf# HAH66I.
Please someone help! I thank so much everyone who will,

Ellen Ripley, my #954-654-0360

I have a student coming home from spain and got stuck in London. She should now be arriving JFK on BA around 10:30 pm local time. how can I get word to her that her parents are buying her a ticket for the rest of the way home and what airlines to go to?

I have told them that BA will get her home, but they are willing to pay to get her home tomorrow (2 days late). parents don't speak english, so I am their only contact.

my daughter arrives at Terminal 7- Iberia and transfers to a Jet Blue in Term 5. Is there any way to re-check her luggage after customs in term 7 for her jet blue flight or does she have to bring it to jet blue in term 5 to check in?

Hi, I arrive with BA flight form London and leave in about 2 hours and 20 minutes with AA flight to San Juan, Puerto Rico... will I have to go through customs and re-check my luggage and do I have enough time or will they check my bags all the way from London to San Juan? Thanks.

You will have to recheck you luggage upon arrival in the U.S in order to go through U.S customs. You have enough time to make a connection in either case.

i'll be arrive on 18th of january 2011, but my school pickup service will be on 19th of january, so i need a place to stay for 1 night but i don't want to go to hotel since i'm running out of budget!

does jfk airport have lounges to stay and maybe shower facilities? and if have, how much do they cost to use?

They do have business lounges that is if you are in the business class. If you are in economy class the only available terminal for is terminal 4. It is open 24/7 and you can eat and chill there for the whole night. If you need to move between terminals use free and fast air train.

Okay so I really desperatly need help.My daughter drove 3 hours to get to JFK to pick up her bf who is stationed in Japan.Somehow there was a miscommunication in regard to flight #.He told her Air China would be arriving at 9:30 on 12/15 and the flight # was H202 or H2002.I don't see air china arriving until tonight??
Anybody know if there is a way to look up a passenger by last name?
