Hi,
I am heading to Boston from South Korea and transferring at JFK. I am using Korean air which will land 10:40AM. To make a connecting flight to Boston, how many hours will be needed in minimum (from Terminal 1 to 3). If I use Delta which shares service, will it be faster? There is one flight at 12:10PM from Delta otherwise I have to use other company.
suggestion?

I am travelling from Istanbul to JFK and then by AA to Orlando.

- Can I check my luggage through to Orlando directly in Istanbul.
- Is there a drop off point for luggage for AA in T1 for connecting flights.

Thanks,

Frank

You will have to recheck your bags upon arrival in the U.S to your final destination. Unfortunately that is one of their procedures. After that you are good to go.

Frank,
you can check your bags all the way through Orlando, but bear in mind that you still have to pick up the bags in JFK in order to pass US customs.
At T1 you have to look for Turkish Airlines connecting flights counter - there your bags will be transfered onto your next AA flight.

You have time to connect. No need to go through immigration when leaving USA. Most likely you will have to clear security again(prior to boarding Air Europa flight).
Smoking at JFK is allowed only outside the buildings - you can go there before clearing security.
Наслаждайтесь поездкой, amigo:)

My family (wife and 4 years old son) arrives at Terminal 1 (JFK) from Moscow (Aeroflot) at 05:00pm. Then they have to fly to Minnepolis from Terminal 4 (Sun country) at 08:20 pm.

1. Where they have to check in their luggage?
2. Do they have to go through the customs?
3. How they can get to Terminal 4 and how much time will it take?
5. If there any service to help them with their laggage?
4. Will they have enough time?
