I am very dissappointed
You should never let these people to take care of your luggage. First of all, they are very unkind and rude. They will charge you without actually checking the weight of your luggage. So I told them to check anf it was below the amount of weight that they were trying to make me pay.
Not only that but be careful because they will charge you a whole day payment(24 hrs) for being late for 10minutes.

storing luggage at airport
I have a luggage of 50 lbs that I like to store it for 3 days from 13 till 16th of November 2016. My flight is leaving on 16th is Swiss airline and like to store near that. Not sure whether terminal 1 or 4 will be closer to that.
