I would like to take the Airtrain from JFK, then LIRR to Brooklyn. The brooklyn address is: 52nd St, Brooklyn, NY 11220. Where do I change for the subway to Brooklyn and which is the nearest station to that address? From there, I will get a cab.
Thank you.
Zip code 11220 is the Sunset Park area so take LIRR to Flatbush Ave. (last stop) and transfer to R subway to 53rd St.
I am coming in on a Jet Blue flight and headed to Times Square. I've been told that AirTran to Jamaica to Penn Station is my best option - any suggestions/comments?
Yes, this is the best way. At Penn Station transfer to the 2 or 3 subway to Times Square.
I'll be traveling from JFK to 7th & 53rd. Any advice on the quickest way to do this?
Take the AirTrain from your terminal to Jamaica LIRR, LIRR to Penn Station and transfer to the 1,2 or 3 subway to 50th St.
hi,
anyone know how long to allow from jamaica to alitalia terminal 1 on air train
thanks
Hey!
I am arriving to terminal 8 and have 2h and 40 minutes until my plane leaves from terminal 4. I need to pick up my luggage before heading to the airtrain. Can someone tell me which way to go and will this be long?
After you get your luggage take the AirTrain inside (counter-clockwise) loop from Terminal 8 to Terminal 4. The outside (clockwise) loop goes to parking and train/subway stations and the inside loop is only between terminals.
looking for a good hotel at JFK for one night - any suggestions???
This is my frist time in NYC, my hotel is at 37th not so far from Grand Central and Penn Station. Any suggestions to get there in a easy way? I'm landing at Terminal 3 but I'm going to meet with some friends that arrive at Terminal 8 2hrs later than me. Thnx!!!
take the AirTrain between terminals (free), then take it to Jamaica Station-LIRR and LIRR to Penn Station. Easy and relatively cheap ($5 on AirTrain, $5.75 off-peak LIRR).
you can also take the bus for Grand Central (express bus for manhattan) outside your terminal. You arrive on 42nd st and park av. Not so far from your destination. Will cost you $15/per person but insure you to be seated and no train change...Here their website : http://www.nyairportservice.com/page.php?id=78
Enjoy the Big Apple !!!
I am landing 7:45am on a tuesday morning and need to go to 8th ave. Any suggestions?
