What is the best wat to get from Philadelphia to JFK Airport?? Thank you

I'm landing on Friday April 30 at 15:50 at JFK airport and need to go to Glen Rock/NJ. How much cost a limo service and how long does it take to go by limo? How much would it cost to take a Shuttle to Port Authority and then a bus to Glen Rock? How much time does this take? Or is there an other good way? Thank's for your help.

I will arrive to JFK on April 3rd around noon. I know the cheapest way to get to a Manhattan hotel is by air train + Subway ($7.25). How easy is to travel with luggage? I will be traveling with my mother and each will carry one medium sized luggage and one carry on bag. Will it be a problem while traveling by subway?
