JFK Airport Shuttles

My husband and I were looking for tansportation options for JFK to Woodcliff Lake Hilton Hotel. We are not sure of prices, times, private or public transportation. We would like to keep the price low if possible

I need to get to JFK from the East Village (Av B and 9th street), I'm travelling alone. What transportation suits me best? I have an international flight to Sout America that departes at 10pm, at what time should I leave?

I have a flight that gets in tomorrow (April 13th) at JFK (Terminal 3)at 9:50 am and then have a train that leaves from Penn Station at 11:30 am. Would it be possible to take a shuttle that will get me to Penn Station ontime and where would I go to catch the shuttle?

I shall be arriving at JFK at 11 am on a Saturday and my connecting flight for San Francisco leaves at 5.55 pm the same day.

I wanted to use the 6 hours I have to view Manhattan.

Would it be possible for me to leave the airport? If yes what is the fastest, most reliable and cheapest way to get to and from Manhattan (taking into account traffic, road closures etc.)

Would it be possible to store our bags for that duration if not checked in (hand luggage, hold luggage)?
