I need to get to JFK from Philadelphia. I plan on taking a Greyhound bus to NY. The terminal is located at 625 8th Ave. Is there a shuttle at that terminal that I can take to JFK?

i will be coming from DC to NY by MegaBus looking for some cheaper and reliable way to get to JFK, the taxi is at least $45 as i understand, so is there any way or shuttle to JFK from that area

I'm landing in JFK at 17:15 (April 2012) and looking at getting from there to Penn Station for a train to New Haven. I am planning (ambitiously I expect) to get to Penn Station for a 6:43 train. Given luggage, and peak hour I was planning on getting a cab from JFK.

Is that even remotely possible or am I better off waiting for the 7:40 train to New Haven - even if it does mean getting there fairly late.

Hi, don't go to Penn Station if you need to get to NEw Haven. It is more convenient to take the Metro North train from Grand Central station in NYC. There is a shuttle bus from JFK that will take you to Grand central station, and trains are departing almost every 15 minutes since you are arriving during the rush hour. Hope this helps.
