Taking Jet Blue from Chicago to JFK this week at 1:00PM. Need to be at terminal 3 for Delta Flight to Amsterdam at 4:15. What train do you suggest?

I will be flying into JFK early in the morning next week on Jet Blue. I have to claim my luggage at Terminal 5 and go over to Terminal 7 to check in on an afternoon flight to Narita/Tokyo on ANA Airlines. Is Terminal 5 within walking distance or is there a shuttle? I will only have one large checked back and my backpack as a carry-on.

I'm coming with the JET BLUE to the terminal 5, have to claim my luggage, change the terminal to number 4, having flight to Poland with the LOT airlines, what exactly step by step shoud I do?

I am coming on Jet Blue from Boston via JFK then departing on TAM for Brazil. Can my luggage be checked for my final destination in Boston (thru JetBlue) or do I have to claim at JFK and recheck with TAM?
