She does not need to go through US immigration when she is flying out of US. As long as her bags are checked all the way through India, she does not need to check her bags again at JFK. Double check that with the airline flying her from CLE to JFK.

we have our flight (kl0644 jfk to amsterdam) on april 22 at 10pm. this flight took place on the last two days, but is not on the list of planned flights for april 22. we do not know if this is a mistake of klm or if this flight really will not take place. we tried to contact klm - but we never get trough. what do we have to do??

Long layover with baby
Hello,
This summer I will be traveling with our 7 month-old baby. We will have a long layover at JFK (almost 9 hours). Is there a baby lounge at the airport? Can we find facilities with cribs, diaper changer, hot water to prepare formula, and such? We are going from Japan to Latin America with Delta airlines, and it is a very long trip. Plus, is the very first time flying with baby.
I appreciate the information that you can give us.

Hello Diana,
There is no special baby lounge at JFK. But you can use Oasis lounge at Terminal 4(4th floor). There you will found all you need to comfort the baby. The lounge charges ~$40 for visit.

WHERE IS THE BAGGAGE OFFICE FOR ROYAL AIR MAROC?

I am a travel agent. Just had clients arrive on Royal Air Maroc, and they are missing baggage.
But they cannot find the baggage office for that airline. Cab you explain where it is in Terminal 1, so I can pass it on to them? THANKS.

Their baggage office is located(operated by) Lufthansa at T1, JFK.

terminals for arriving and departing?
my wife and I will be flying into JFK in the first week of May from Indianapolis on Delta 6470 and then have only 1 hour and 15 minutes until our flight on Delta 88 to Kiev. I am not sure what terminal I will be arriving from Indy, but I think it is T2. My guess is we depart from T3. Our bags will be checked all the way through. Does this sound like a plan that will work?

I am sure your plan will work. Those two flights could be in/out of either terminal but T2 and T3 are connected - you don't even have to clear security again. Pay attention to the gate numbers - a gate number greater than 20 is located at T2; gate number smaller than 20 is at T3.
