As far as I know Delta flights to Amsterdam are departing out from Terminal 4 - double check that with Delta at Hartford again.
From T2 to T4 you have to use Airtrain.

Hi,
I am scheduled to travel in AI-140 which is flying from JFK to Mumbai India. My question is will it take air route on Europe or its a different route? Can you please clarify?

Thanks in advance.

I arrive on April 30,2010 from kuwait on Kuwait Airways scheduled arrival at JFK 16-00 hrs.
I have a connecting flight to Chicago ORD ,Delta flight departing at 19-00 hrs from terminal 3.
Is there sufficient time for baggage collection, customs, and baggage check in at Delta, and how do I go from terminal 4 to terminal 3.

You do have plenty of time. At Terminal 4 take Airtrain on the third floor on track 2 and get off next stop - Terminal 3.

Hello,
I am arriving at terminal 8 9:55pm with a connecting at terminal 4 at 11:50pm. Is that sufficient time and what is the quickest way to transfer? I am also arriving via AA and departing with Qatar airlines (same ticket) - will i have to collect my check-in luggage or will it be transferred through?

You have time to do so. No need to collect your bags - they will be transfered automatically(double check that with AAt). The quickest way to transfer is via Airtrain - take it on the second floor of T8, on track 2, to T4.

Hi sir

I will arrive to terminal 8 at 1:35 PM and i have flight at 9 PM in terminal 4 flying with kuwait airways i have alot of time on JFK airport for that i have questions.

1-what can i do during this time when i finish with customs is there any resturants inside terminal 4 and how i can use internet inside terminal 4 or there no free internet in JFK airport or is there any shops inside terminal 4?

2-if there no any services inside terminal 4 is there any services in other terminal inside JFK airport can used like internet or resturant ?

3-how can i move from terminal 8 to terminal 4? only by train and is free when i use the train or no and can i move from terminal 8 to terminal 4 by walking or no ?

4-during moving from terminal 8 to terminal 4 what the normal procedures happen with any passengers inside JFK airport and nearly this procedures how much of time need it to finish it ?

1. There are restaurants at Terminal4 (on the third floor, before security). At Terminal 4 there is only paid Internet(at Hotel Reservation desk)
2. Terminal 5 has free wireless internet service. Look at Internet access section of this website.
3. Use Airtrain which is free between terminals - take it on track 2. There is no way to walk from T8 to T4.
4. Going from terminal to terminal by Airtrain takes only minutes(maximum 8 minutes); no special procedures in this case.

thanks for you answer

last questions

if i want move from terminal 7 to terminal 4 how i can do that ?

and you tell me i can you internet at terminal 5 when i read section related to internet section.

i read JetBlue customers traveling through JFK Terminal 6 can use their labtop with internet. That mean only JetBlue customers use the internet other customers airlines can not use the internet in terminal 5 is that correct or every customers can use internet in terminal 5.

thanks a lot

From T7 to T4 you can go by Airtrain as well - take it on track 2.
EVERYBODY at T5 can use Jet Blue wireless access, not only their passengers.

Hello There
I will be arriving from Qatar Airways from Bangalore in Terminal 4 and will take a Delta flight to Indianapolis from Terminal 3. Can anybody suggest

a. Can I recheck my Luggage again at Terminal 4 itself or I have to take my luggage to Terminal 3 for rechecking it.

b. I have 3 hours transit time, will it be sufficient to clear immegration and then rechecking luggage again.

c. How should I go from Terminal 4 to Terminal 3 to catch the Delta flight to Indianapolis

Also what is the fare to be paid in train for going from Terminal 4 to Terminal 3

Thanks a lot in advance....

a. You can do either one.
b. The time frame is plenty.
c. Take Airtrain on the third floor on track 2 and get off next stop. It is only one minute free ride.
