JFK Transfer
I am arriving from the caribbean at 8:20pm at terminal 8 and have a Emirates flight departing from Terminal 4 at 11:00pm. Could you please confirm that I have to clear customs and immigration before rechecking and heading to terminal 4 and what is the fastest way to do all of this. Is 2 hrs and 40 minutes enough time to make this transfer? Thanks in advance for your help.

Yes, you have to clear immigration and US customs at JFK. Take Airtrain on the second floor , on track 2 and get off at T4. It will take you 5 min to get there. You have enough time to transfer.

I will arrive JFK on 21 April to Terminal 1 from Moscow and my next flight to PBI from Terminal 5.Is 1.5 hours enough for this?

On Aug 4, my 15-year-old son
On Aug 4, my 15-year-old son is scheduled to leave JFK at 9.45 pm (AZ611)to Rome. That same day he will be travelling from Boston by air. I am considering a Jet Blue flight landing at JFK at 4.50 p.m.. Would that allow him enough time to change terminals and check-in for an internatonal flight? Also, in Boston can he check-in his bags directly to Rome, thus avoiding to collect them in NY? Thanks!

As long as Aeroflot is not late , yes , that is enough to transfer to T5.

My grandma will be departing
My grandma will be departing seattle to JFK, and we need to be sure that she will be provided with handicap service throughout her time there (before leaving the country)... What do we need to do or Who do we need to contact before letting her go?? We are worried because we on her way here requested this service, and she did not get it. She also got lost in the Airport because she does not speak english... Thank You

CONNECTION TIME
I arrive Terminal 8 on American Air 1362 from Chicago (ORD) @ 1605 and depart Terminal 8 on Air Berlin 7451 @ 1745. Will I be able to go directly (w/o having to go thru security again) from arrival gate to departure gate? Air Berlin closess their counter at 1645 which means I would have only 45 mins. assuming on-time arrival.

You should have your boarding pass for Air Berlin flight issued at ORD(I am assuming you don't have two tickets booked separately). Then just look for the gate number for Air Berlin flight - no need to exit the sterile area.

These flights (ORD tp JFK; JFK to Dusseldorf)were booked separately. I was hoping I would be able to get boarding pass at departure gate counter.
