Hi...
I'm arriving at terminal 4, and I have a connection flight at terminal 1... How may I transfer from Terminal 4 to terminal 1 with my baggage?
Thanks!

Put the bags on luggage cart and take it with you on Airtrain. It is located on the third floor of T4. Take the train on track 2 - second stop is T1.

My parents are arriving from India on an Air India flight at Terminal 8. Their connecting flight is an American Eagle flight from Terminal 8. What is the easiest way to get from Terminal 4 to Terminal 8. Thanks!

Airtrain - let them take it on the third floor at T4, on ANY track . Terminal 8 is three stops away(5 min). Airtrain between terminals is free.

Hi,
Im arriving from Ireland with Aer Lingus in T4 on the 26th May at 3.35pm and getting a connecting flight to San Diego with Jetblue in T5 at 6.15pm. Both are separate flights and Ill be carrying one bag with me.Just wondering if I have enough time to get to T5 and check in my bag with JetBlue. Also do I take the Airtrain on track 1 to get to terminal 5?

Thanks in advance.
Shane

Hi Shane,
You have enough time to connect. Take Airtrain on the third floor at T4 on track 1 and get off next stop-T5.

Hello,

My family will be arriving from India at JFK via Qatar Airways. I live in Ohio and am planning to book a domestic flight for them to Cleveland.

After going through customs, would they be able to simply switch terminals to catch their domestic flight? Is there any kind of assistance available since two of them will be in wheelchairs?

Thank you in advance for your response.

There is wheelchair assistance at JFK.They will be taken care all the way till the next terminal.

Hi, I'm arriving from Amsterdam to JFK terminal-4 at 16.05 and have a flight from terminal-3 at 18.35 to Miami intl by Delta airlines. Do I have enough time if no delays from the first flight to: leave the plane + immigration + take back my luggage + customs + change of terminal + check-in again ?
And how can I get to the terminal-3?

You have time to do that. After you clear customs at T4 go to the third floor ,take Airtrain on track 2 and get off next stop.

Hello,
I was just wondering how much time I should plan to get through customs on a Saturday in July arriving at 17:00 on Aerosvit airlines. I am a US citizen, while my partner is not. We have a bus to catch, so any advice can help us plan that leg of the journey. Thanks in advance!

Plan on at least 1 hour.
