re: Hello. I arrive into JFK on
The flight arrives at terminal 8. You can store your bags at T8 baggage storage, first floor next to the Hotel Reservation desk. The facility has limited working hours(check luggage storage section of this web site).
For Times Square you need to get NYAS bus - it stops in front of the terminal every 20 min and it costs $15/person.
By metro you need to take Airtrain from the terminal to Jamaica Station and the subway E to 42nd street stop. Costs - $7.25/person.

Hi, I will be arriving on Sunday/13 June to JFK and will be hosped at Days Inn in Long Island City adress 31-36 Queens Boluevard, could you please tell me how to get there by train or bus? wich one do you recommend me?
re:How to get Days Inn - Long Island City
There are two ways to get there :
1. Taxi - it will be on the meter - exp ~$35-$40 for the whole taxi.
2. Public
Take Airtrain from any terminal on track 1 to Jamaica Station( be careful - on that track there are two alternating trains going to different routes; check the sign above the doors as the train arrives; the red colored sign is Jamaica one). Then take subway line E to Roosevelt Ave stop and then transfer to line 7(direction Manhattan). Get off at 33rd street station. Walk east on Queens Blvd 3 blocks and half - the hotel would be to your right.Cost-$7.25/passenger.

You can take a cab to play it safer . You won't be out of customs before 8:30-8:45 which gives you 1hr-1:30 to get to Penn Station.
You can also take Airtrain to Jamaica Station and then LIRR train to Penn Station.
