Price list (as of May 1st,2010) for baggage storage only at the facilities at Terminal 1 and Terminal 4.
The prices are per bag, per 24 hours:
Up to 20" - $4
21" - 24" - $6
25" - 26" - $8
27" - 32" - $11
Other(non standard bags, skis etc) - $16

Check with LOT if they are able to do that for you. If not you can either store your bags(it costs $) or wait at T4 with your bags till the next flight.

JFK luggage storage
I will arrive in JFK next sept 22th (flight US6656) and leave in sept 23th (flight US373), which is the best luggage storage location to me?

Lost luggage
I had checked 2 pieces of luggage on Delta in JFK going to Boston. When I arrived in Boston only one showed up. Is there a baggage claim # for JFK, I cant seem to find one.

Considering my arrival time
Considering my arrival time at JFK, I will have to store my luggage at Terminal 4. Is it difficult to get from Terminal 1 to T4, and then from T4 to T8? (Also, approx. how long will it take to go from one terminal to another?)

Use Airtrain on track 2 to move between the terminals - it takes no more than 5-10 mins(in some cases less) to do that.
You can use a baggage cart to transport the luggage(if you have a lot) and those carts are permitted on Airtrain.

Terminal and lugagge
I will arrive to JFK with Lan Chile from Santiago early in the morning and leave with Delta at 9 PM. I want to put my lugagge in a locker and spend the day in Manhattan. Where do I have to leave my lugagge (terminal 4 or Delta´s terminal)? How do I go from terminal to terminal?

Leave your bags at the storage at T4. Delta also has check-in counters at T4(forth floor). Take Airtrain on track 2 between terminals.

Hi, I am going to arrive
Hi, I am going to arrive from SFO with United at 07:03 Saturday, spend one night in Manhattan, and depart to Frankfurt with United at 21:40 Sunday. At which terminals shall I expect to arrive/depart? Which luggage storage location do you suggest to use between the flights? What is the fastest/cheapest way to get to Manhattan (around W 12th St, near to the river) and back to JFK?

Then that is definitely Lufthansa flight out of Terminal 1. Use the baggage storage at T1.
