After the September 11, 2001 attacks, JFK was one of the first airports in the United States to be temporarily closed.

She can check in only at Terminal 4; you can check in either at T4 or T3. Double check at the time of check-in for your flight - it might me out of T4 as well.

I entered US in June 22nd, and left US in august 16th, by Qatar airways (flight number:QR084, from terminal 4), but they have not taken the NSEERS REGISTRANT from my passport. What should I do? How can I surrender it to you?
P.S. My FINS number is 1104334975

I'm connecting from United airlines terminal 7 to Emirates Airlines Terminal 4 at JFK. How much time should I allow. Also, on the return I have to go through customs, how much time do you think I should allow to go from Terminal 4 to 7 and through customs as well?
Thank you.

Usually 2 hours time is good when you transfer from domestic flight at JFK. Minimum three hours is the time that I would recommend for transferring from international flight.

Hi, I fly in a week Friday on Virgin Atlantic VS9 from Heathrow, I am meeting my partner who is flying into Terminal 8 from Bridgetown - would like some help on where to meet.

You can meet him at T8, first floor , by coffee shop . T8 is smaller and less confusing than T4.

Thanks for your reply - is it easy for me to get to T8 from T4 and how long does it take?

Take Airtrain on the third floor of T4, on any track, and T8 would be the third stop. It takes around 4-5 mins to get there.

Hi, I will arrive at JFK from Tel Aviv, and I want to flight to Washington DC immediately after my arrive. I don't have a reservation because I'm not sure if I will arrive on time from Tel Aviv. I would like to know the best way to get a flight to Dulles Airport and where can I buy a ticket for this flight
Thank you

You should do this online at least a week in advance to get lower fares. Delta has three daily flights to Washington-Dulles (mid-morning, mid-afternoon and evening) and United has four daily flights. As an alternative Delta has daily six daily flights to Wash-Reagan National.

i will arrive in turkish airline at 2:45 and my
conection flight depart at 4:30 usairway can
you please tell me if i have enough time to do my
conection.thank you

It is less than 2 hours and it would be very tight for you. Hope Turkish is not late and you will pass immigration/customs in timely manner.

I am in a wheelchair and will be having someone pick me up at the airport. They have a cell phone and can park in the cell phone lot, but I don't have one. Would someone at the airport call them to tell them I'm ready to be picked up?

You can go to any airline counter and ask them to call the person.

Please can you help? My friend arrives from LA into JFK Terminal 8 at about the same time as I arrive from London Heathrow into Terminal 4. How far are they apart and where would be our best meeting place to then head into New York where we are staying with friends. TIA
