EWR-JFK
I also had a question about EWR-JFK. I am flying to the DR out of EWR but returning to JFK, what is the best possible scenario for me? Leave my car at EWR and get a shuttle/taxi from JFK to EWR? Is that possible? Or Leave my car at JFK before I go and try to get to EWR for my flight? How long of a drive/shuttle is that? $$$? I have looked at renting cars one way to my destination from the airport, and none of that seems to be working out either. Thanks so much for the help.
re:I also had a question about EWR-JFK
Let us have the times of your outbound and inbound flights - then we can come with something that will work for you.
The shuttle usually takes 1.5-2 hours between the two airports and it costs $30/passenger(one way).
Taxi can cost you around $80-$90 and can take up to 1.5 hours on the road.

Allow at least one hour by taxi, fare is $45+tolls+tip. You can also go by subway; take the Far Rockaway-bound (not Rockaway Park-bound!) A subway from W. 4th St. or the L subway from 1st Ave. (14th St.) to Broadway Junction and transfer to the A subway to Howard Beach and then Airtrain from there to terminal 4.
