Taxi will take a maximum of 4 adults. Inquire about a shared-ride shuttle (Super Shuttle) at the Ground Transportation counter.

I will be arriving at JFK on 10/29 around 10:30pm via JetBlue. This is my first time landing there. I need to take the airtrain to Jamaica Station from Terminal 6 to catch a train leaving at 11:06. How likely am I to make that train assuming the flight is on time and given time restraints, etc.? I'm told it only takes a few minutes to go from JFK to Jamaica station via the AirTrain...

Thank you.

You need no more than 15-20 mins to get from T5(Jet Blue) to Jamaica Station. Do you have bags to pick up at Jet Blue?Only if not, you may have a chance to catch that train.

It takes 10-15 minutes on AirTrain to Jamaica Station. If your flight arrives on time, you don't have checked luggage and you don't have to wait too long for the Jamaica AirTrain you MIGHT make it.

I will be flying into JFK on 13 Nov and going to GW university in Washington dc. Need help to find bus or train services available or alternatives, tq

Go to Penn Station (AirTrain from your terminal to Jamaica Station, then E subway or LIRR, or NYAS Express bus from terminal), there you can take Amtrak to DC or on street level is the Megabus or Boltbus to DC. Bus is much cheaper than train. From Union Station-DC take Metro subway Red line (towards Shady Grove), transfer at Metro Center to the Orange (Vienna) or Blue line (Franconia) to Foggy Bottom-GWU.

How do I get from Battery Park to AirTrain

Locate Bowling Green subway stop and take subway 4 or 5 to Broadway-Nassau stop. Then transfer to Rockaway bound subway A - get off at Howard Beach Station and transfer to Airtrain.

I arrive 12am on Sunday 31st and want to get to Meadowlands for the 1pm JETS kick off. What is fastest way and how long do games normally last ?

Taxi is generally fastest but consider the train. NJ Transit runs trains from Secaucus to Meadowlands starting about 3 hours prior to kickoff. Take any NJ Transit train from Penn Station to Secaucus and then go down to the lower level for the train to the Meadowlands, fare is $5.25 from Penn Station. You can take a taxi from JFK to Penn Station, fare is $45+tolls+tip, starting at 7am you can take the NYAS express bus from terminal to Penn Station or AirTrain from terminal to Jamaica Station and either LIRR or E subway to Penn Station, trains run 24/7. Games generally run 3-3.5 hours. See www.njtransit.com for schedules and info for game day service.

Can you advise the route from JFK to Lafayette Street in NYC via Air Train please.

Take AirTrain from terminal to Jamaica Station, take J subway to either Canal St. (Lafayette/Canal) or Chambers St. (Chambers/Centre), Lafayette St. begins on block north of there.
