You do not have to change the terminals at JFK( it would be T8). One hour and 15 minutes is very short time to transfer. Hope that the flight from Zurich is on time and the immigration/customs won't be crowded at that time.

Hi, i am arriving from SA via emirates(T4) and will then taking a Delta flight(T3) to Pittsburgh, please could you let me know the amount of time it would take to do all the formalities and what the procedure to be followed is and how would you recommend getting betweent the terminals. Its my first time to JFK. Many thanks

The best way to get around JFK is to use the Airtrain. It is a free service between the terminals at JFK and runs every 10 to 15 min.

Hello, I will arrive at Terminal 5 by Jetblue from Boston. Then I have to catch an international flight CX to Hong Kong at Terminal 7. Would you show me the way to travel from Terminal 5 to Terminal 7 - which floor should I go after getting off the Jetblue flight to get the Airtran? Is trolley available as I have to carry two checked luggages or any stairs that I have to walk without elevator access? I have 5 hours in between the flights, is it enough? Please kindly advise. Thanks.

You have enough time and you can rent a luggage cart to take on Airtrain between terminals. Follow the signs to Airtrain in terminal 5, there are elevators to take you to station level and take any Airtrain on track 1 to terminal 7.

How can I get from Terminal 5 (after domestic flight Jetblue from boston to JFK) to Terminal 7 (for an international flight)? Is there train or lift-access, as I have to carry my checked luggages and check in in the terminal 7? Is there trolley available? How many hours should I leave between these two flights?

Use Airtrain on track 1 to move between those two terminals. You can use a luggage cart for the bags - there are elevators available throughout the way. Luggage carts are permitted on Airtrain. You should have no less than 2 hours between those two flights.

My AirFrance flight is scheduled to arrive at 3.40 pm. Will I have enough time to catch the connection flight to Btv with Jet Blue at 4.45 (picking bags and changing from terminal 1 to 5)?
Thanks

I doubt it - the time is not enough to connect from international flight.

I'll be arriving from Belgium at JFK with delta and my next flight to Miami again with delta will be in 1h45min. is this time enough to go through immigration and customs? non-US traveler. TIA

It is kind of tight but you should be fine as long as Delta from Belgium is on time.

I have a flight from Frankfurt to JFK with Delta and arrive at 2:35pm. Connecting flight with Delta to Minneapolis is at 3:45 pm. Do I have enough time to make the transfer?

I would say that you have chance to make the connection only if you have carry-on bags( no big bags for pickup) and have your boarding pass(for your second flight) issued by Delta in FRA. And hope the flight from FRA is on time - any slight delay will make it impossible for you to connect.

Greeting to any good soul who can help,

My wife and I will be arriving at JFK at 10:15am on an American Airlines flight. We then need to take a JAL flight to Tokyon at 11:30am. Do we have enough time to tranfer terminals?

Very tight even if you arriving on domestic flight.I hope you will have your bags checked through the final destination and boarding pass issued by AA for the JAL flight.
Impossible if you arriving on international AA flight at JFK.
