Landing to terminal 8 then catching a flight at terminal 7
Hi there. So anxious. Have not travelled for over seven years and I'd like to know I can get to terminal 7 from 8 without exiting the building. I had a bad experience when I changed flight from japan airline to American airline; I had to grab a taxi outside and almost gotten frostbite in a -8 degree weather. I only had a flimsy sweater. Please help and advise. Many thanks!

My best advice for you is not to travel and stay home drink warm tea and sit near your fireplace until you are 100 years old.

You are very welcome. Most of Americans these days are rude and sarcastic. This has been the trend for the past 9 years so get a reality check.

This Sunday I will be arriving from Rome Italy on Delta airlines and arriving at terminal 4 in JFK airport. I am on a wheelchair and need some assistance. I also have a bladder problem. Is there anyone on JFK Airport who can assist me with going to the bathroom with me and pushing me in a wheelchair for free? Also where would be the closest bathroom in the arrival hall?

United Airlines One-stop flight
Hello,
I am catching UA863 from JFK airport in New York to Sydney, Australia on December 12th 2010. My flight booking online says there is one stop in San Francisco along the way, presumably to re-fuel. This stop information was not included in my itinerary and I had to look up the flight details independently. I arrive in San Francisco at 21:16 on the 12th of December on a Boeing 757. The plane then changes so that we are departing San Fran at 22:37 on a 744 plane, for Sydney. The flight number for these two legs remains the same: UA863. I am confused as to whether the transfer at San Francisco airport will require me to be prosessed by US immigration, transfer my baggage to the flight heading to Sydney, and check-in again. I can't find any information as to whether the change in flights will require me to transfer luggage, check in again, etc. I am presuming, as the flight number does not change and in my itinerary it is listed as one booking, that all the processing normally required for international travel will occur at JFK so that in San Francisco I can just be sheparded from one plane to the next. However, if this is not the case, I really need to know so that I can be prepared to go through all the necessary processes when transfering to the connecting flight to Sydney via San Fran. Please help!
No. Once you are checked
No. Once you are checked through security onto your flight, you will transfer planes in SFO inside the security zone. Your luggage will be transferred from one plane to the other by the airline. You won't process through Customs again until you arrive in Sydney.
