Hello,
i have a small problem. I'm arriving at JFK on 20th Dec. at T8 with Finnair at 15:55 and I have to take the luggage and go to US airways company so they could give me a new ticket to LA (because they canceld the flight to LA to which i had a ticket), our travel company booked the seats, but the US airways can't re-write the tickets at the moment to the flight at 18:00. I was wondering, will it be enough time (from 15:55 till 18:00) to do all that and where i could find US airways company at the airport? And how should i get there from terminal 8? Thank you.

You have time to do that. After you clear immigration and customs go to the second floor and follow the signs to the Airtrain. Take it on track 2 and get off next stop-T7. It is 1 min free ride. US Airways is located at Terminal 7.
Take an air train it is fast
Take an air train it is fast and easy and it will get you from terminal 8 to terminal 7 in minutes. It is located on the third floor. U.S airways departs out of terminal 7. You should be fine with that time slot.

Overnight in JFK
Hi!
My wife, my two kids and I will be arriving in T8 from London 9:30 PM and departing to Bridgetown from T8 the next day at 8:00 AM.
Would it be possible to find a nearby place (a motel et.) to stay overnight?
Will it give us problems with customs if the motel is outside the airport area?

I cant give you the information about the motels but you can try googling them on-line. However, terminal 4 is the only terminal that is open 24/7 at JFK airport where you can get something to eat and relax overnight. You can get an air train on the third floor to get there in minutes from terminal 8 to terminal 4.
Silent room?
I´ll fly from London to Jfk on Friday 17th December, arrive at 22.45 and my connection flight departure to Montego bay will be at 8.40 on Saturday 18th.
I wonder if there are so called silent room at terminal 8 (or 7) where i could spent that 10 hours between my flights? Or what is the best place to stay or safe place
maybe to take sleep?

Only terminal that is open
Only terminal that is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week is terminal 4. At that terminal you can get something to eat and sit there. You can get from terminal 8 to 4 and vice versa on an air train in minutes. That is one of the safest terminals to sleep.

Can anyone here help me please? I have a IBS Syndrome and need to know where the closest bathroom is in terminal 4 since I will be arriving from Johannesburg via South African Airways. I will need to go to the bathroom quickly after the arrival.

Hello I will arrive sunday at Terminal 8 at 1310 from italy with american airlines. Then i have another flight with american airlines to cancun,mexico at 18.15.
I have a meeting with some collegues who lives in NY who are coming to the airport to meet me.
Is there a place close to terminal 8 where people without ticket can come? Where is it?
Do you think that I will have another time if I have to go out and in again?
