thanks for your help, but can i know how safe is it then? im sorry but im singaporean and i have not been to usa before, and i would reach nyc at 8pm and wow, 4 hours ride to boston, thats gonna be real late then :( btw the 4 hours ride applies to bus or airtrain?

I am trying to get from JFK to the Upper West Side - 475 Riverside Dr. NY, NY... I'm traveling in 2 weeks... any ideas? cheapest routes and I don't mind bus/subway...

Take AirTrain ($5) from terminal on track 1 to Jamaica Station, transfer to either LIRR to Penn Station ($8.50 peak/$6.25 off peak) or E subway ($2.25) to 42nd St/Port Authority. At either Penn Station or 42nd St transfer to the uptown #1 subway to 116th St., walk west from Broadway to Riverside Dr. and turn right. Your address is between 119th and 120th Sts. You can also take the NY Aiporter bus ($15) from terminals to either Port Authority or Penn Station and transfer there to subway.

HI, I'm just wondering how to get to criesfield from the NY airport. Thanks a lot!

What state is Criesfield located? Do you mean Crisfield, Maryland? If so, you would need to go to Port Authority Bus Terminal and take a bus to Salisbury, MD and then local transportation from there to Crisfield, about 25 miles. NY Airporter bus or AirTrain to Jamaica and E subway will take you from JFK to Port Authority.

Hi

using trans-bridge line and new york express shuttle bus to get from JFK terminal to Port Authority and vice versa, how much time is needed? Thanks.

Travel time is about one hour depending on traffic.

Hi, my parents are arriving to JFK on friday 1st. Could you tell me step by step how they can get to Delaware water gap PA taking public transport ?

Greyhound from Port Authority Bus Station has only one daily departure at 9:30am to Stroudsburg, PA (closest bus depot to Water Gap) with a transfer/6 hour layover in Easton, PA. They can take taxi or NY Airporter bus to Port Authority. There's no train service to the Water Gap area, the closest train is NJ Transit at Hackettstown, NJ.

Hi, I am arriving at JFK on Saturday at 13:30. Please may I ask how much taxi would cost from JFK to W Hotel at Lexington? Is there a cheaper alternative and how much is it please? Thanks

I am arriving at New York (LGA)Airport. Could anyone tell me the best and cheapest way to get to my hotel Trump Soho New York? Thanks in Advance.

Best is by taxi-around $35 from LGA. Public transportation is another possibility however the only link from LGA is bus to subway; take the Q33 bus ($2.25 exact coin-no bills, or use Metrocard) to subway station at Roosevelt Ave/Jackson Hts, take inbound E subway ($2.25) to Spring St.

Hi, I am arriving at JFK 10:30 Friday night and would go to my hotel in Newport-Pavonia Jersey City. What are my options in going there and how long will it takes?

Taxi is direct but certainly not cheap, expect to pay around $80, travel time about 1 hour. You can also take public transportation; AirTrain from terminal to Jamaica Station, transfer to LIRR to Penn Station, walk one block to PATH station at 6th Ave/33rd St and take the PATH train to Newport. Travel time about 1.5 hours.

I will be arriving at T5 at 2:30pm and departing from T8 at 6:00pm on Apr 9. Can anyone tell me the best way to get from T5 to T8.
