Yes it is very easy. Once you get off the air train go to the arrivals level on the first floor.

Hello, I would like to get your advice before I confirm my tickets. I land through Emirates airlines in JFK (@ terminal 4) at 14.15 and my connecting flight (Delta airlines) to ATL at 16.20 in terminal 3. Is this 2 hrs enough for emigration, baggage clearing and check-in again in DL. Kindly advice.
Regards/ Xavier Lourdu.

It will be a tight connection, especially if customs is busy at the time you arrive, could take up to one hour.

agreed 2 hours is tight but hardly impossible. I wouldn't worry about it, especially since your terminals are adjacent to each other. the Delta terminal is very poorly designed for modern travel (slated for demolition and replacement in a few years), so your two bottlenecks will be immigration and check-in at delta. provided your EK flight is on-time, you should be fine. don't worry.

I need to get in touch with someone who is scheduled to arrive at JFK at 1:42pm EST this afternoon (Thurs, 5/26). In case they do not turn on their cell phone immediately, is there a way to have an agent relay a message, or to have them paged upon arrival? I tried calling the general public number for JFK airport but was unable to access anything other than the automated phone service. Any help is appreciated.

Can you tell me how to go from terminal 3 to terminal 4.
Many thanks

Take an air train on track 1 from terminal 3 to terminal 4. It will be less than one minute.

Hi,
My husband, Peter Cooper, record locator on AA JAYQRJ, is trying to get to JFK for flight to Bermuda. It's the one and only flight to Bermuda on AA tonight.

He was not able to check in from his hotel last night and this morning.

He has no luggage to check in. All he has to do is get his boarding pass, go through security and run to gate 46.

Is there any way you can make this easier on him? would they hold the plane if AA knew? How do I get in touch with AA at JFK to let them know?

Please advise soon.
Elise Cooper

Call one of the numbers provided on this webpage for American Airlines. They are toll free.

i am picking up someone flying on an international flight and will be arriving at terminal 8 today 9 (american airlines). he is a new immigrant. does he have to check out the custom at internal arrival terminal, or at terminal 8 where he is going to arrive at? thanks.

He will clear Customs and Immigration upon his arrival at Terminal 8.

I will arrive next sunday from Brazil at 6:00AM, AA flight, terminal 8. My next flight will leave only at 6:00 PM to BWI at the same terminal, so I will have a day long. My questions:
1. I can send the bags back to AA just after customs, in the morning?
2. If not, there is any locker or bag deposit?
3. How long is the shuttle trip to NYC (Penn Station)?
4. At what time I should be back at the airport?
Thank you !

1)Check with AA, you might not be able to do that until later in the day.
2)There is a luggage storage facility at T8, opens at 6am.
3)Allow at least one hour travel time to Penn Station. Take AirTrain from terminal 8 to Jamaica Station, transfer to LIRR to Penn Station, much faster than subway.
4)Return to JFK by 4pm for a 6pm departure so plan to leave Penn Station around 3pm.

I should arrive 16.05 from Baltimore to JFK terminal 1, i have to get 17.40 plane in terminal 8. What is the fastest way ?

Take Airtrain on track 2 from T1 to T8, one stop. The train on track 1 will stop at all terminals along the way and takes much longer.
