Connection from T8 to T4
Hi we arrive in T8 from Providenciales at 16.25 with AA and we haves connection to Ireland with Aer Lingus at 6.30pm from T4. I am travelling with 3 children will we have enough time to make this connection? Thanks

Hello, I'll be arriving from BUD to JFK at Terminal 8 with AA. I have a connection in the same terminal to another AA flight to Chicago O'Hare - ORD. After the immigration entry process do I have to claim and re-check my luggage for the 2nd AA flight or AA will do it automatically for me?

After you leave Customs and
After you leave Customs and Immigration follow the signs for the connecting flight. You will recheck your bags with American Airlines for your second flight. From Customs to AA recheck counter it would be about 5 minutes of walking distance.

Hello, we'll be arriving from BUD to JFK at Terminal 8 with AA. We have a connection here a few gates down in the same terminal to another AA flight to Tampa, FL. After the immigration entry process do we have to claim and re-check our luggage for the 2nd AA flight or AA will do it automatically for us? Do we have to go through security check again?
Also, do we provide our blue Customs form to them here or at our final destination in TPA?

You will give that paper to
You will give that paper to Customs officer at JFK airport once you arrive. You will still need to pick up luggage yourself and check it through Customs and recheck it with American Airlines for flight to Tampa FL. Most likely no more security at T8.

My wife is traveling from Dubai to Miami, from dubai is going with Emirates and then conecting with AA to MIAMi, Emirates did not give her the Boarding pass for JFK to MIami but the baggage is checked all the way, the questions are: 1) she will have to visit a counter at Termninal 8 from where Emirates in landing or go to the 4 in where AA is?, 2) The baggage have to be collected and given back at terminal 8 where emirates landed or carry them to terminal 4 ?

1. She is arriving internationally from United Arab Emirates so she will have to clear both Customs and Immigration. After she clears them she will have to recheck her bags with AA at terminal 8 and thats when you will receive boarding passes for the second flight.
2. You will pick up your bags at T4 and recheck it at T8.
