hi, i am looking for the best way to get from JFK to 6th avenue between 31st and 32nd street (koreatown)
How much would it cost for a taxi? and if i take the air train how would i do that?
Thanks

With tip and toll for the Queens-Midtown Tunnel, a taxi would cost about $60. The AirTrain plus subway combination would cost $7.25. You would take a Jamaica-bound AirTrain to the last stop (Jamaica Station), and then connect to a Manhattan-bound E train. At Kew
Gardens/Union Turnpike station, you would transfer to a Manhattan-bound F train on the local track. Take the F train to 34th Street/
Herald Square station, and exit to the front of the train. That will put you at Greeley Square (6th Avenue and 32nd Street). Allow 60-75 minutes for the AirTrain/subway combination.

hi we are arriving at JFK in July and wanted to get an idea the best way to get to our hotel located at 319 W 48th St.

Is it better to take the train (if so which train / subway) or is it better to take a taxi and the associated costs?

thanks

The best way to go would be to take the Airtrain to the Jamaica Station then take the subway (E Train) to the 50th St. Station. Then you can walk a few blocks to your location on W. 48th St.

what are the operating hours of the air train from jamaica station and how long is the ride from jamaica to the jfk terminals?

the train operates 24/7; the trip is about 10-20 mins.
