Hello:
I am traveling with my children from SFO to JFK with Delta 30 and then to Zurich with Delta 206. We only have 1hr and 15 min. in between flights. My questions are:
1. Will our connecting flight to Zurich from JFK be in the same terminal?
2. Will we have enough time for our next flight?

1. It will most likely be T 2/3 and it involves walking distance of about 5 to 10 minutes between the terminals.
2.If it takes place in the same Terminals 2/3 then you have enough time.

Hi
Our flight arrives at 3.25 pm at treminal 3 from Toronto with Delta. Our next flight leaves at 5.10 pm to Stockholm from terminal 5.

Questions:
1. Do we need to clear customs?
2. Will we have enligt time?

Thank you in advance!

1.You will pre clear customs in Canada.
2. You should have enough time for your connection.

I have a few questions..
My sister will arrive form China tomorrow to JFK terminal 1 in the flight CA981 and wil connect to Bogota in terminal 3 in flight DL395.
1. How is the process to pick up the baggage.
2. Is necessary to make the immigration process or is only transit status
3. Two hours is enough time to move between terminal 1 and 3.
4. What is the best way to move between those terminals?
Thank you.

1. It is very crucial.
2. You have to go through Immigration regardless.
3. Yes.
4. By an air train on track 2 to stay within the airport.

Hello ,
Is there a way of connection between Terminals 1 and 5 without immigration ?
I am coming from Turkey via Turkish Airlines to Terminal 1 and will fly to Nassau via JetBlue from Terminal 5.

Thanks
Dr.Cihan

You will have to clear Immigration regardless. Everyone just has to do it once you arrive in the U.S.

On june 26 I am coming into JFK local from Farmers Blvd/rockaway blvd entrance. Which way do I get to Terminal for AMERICAN AIRLINES. Do I make a right and go pass FEDEX or do I make a left.

Dear JFK Transfer Experts. I expect this is too tight: 2 grownups and 2 tots (ages 4&5) hoofing it from T8 (flight arr. from Helsinki 15:50) to T5 in time for 17:39 jetblue to Burlington. Saturday travel. Do our US passports = longer or shorter lines at customs?? I am anxious about hitting rush-hour at the JetBlue security check. Our lay-over is technically just under two hours (110 minutes), but HEL flight probably won't even reach its gate until 16:00. It's the best way of getting north with jet-lagged tots before midnight, but we'd hate to blow it. Would limiting our luggage to carry-on bags help speed things up? Are there "easier" security lines for families traveling with small kids? Thanks for any advice!

My flight will be coming to terminal 4 from dubai to New York (Emirates) at 2:30 and i have a flight to dallas (American Airlines)at 4:30 in terminal 8. i need to clear immigration check and catch the flight.

  • Is the time available is sufficient?
  • should i carry the bag from terminal 4 to terminal 8?
  • will the airlines provide any alternative if i get any dealy?
      Thanks in advance.
  • Yes you have enough time. Yes you should. Check with your airlines.

I get in JFK at 11:40 A.M. Jet Blue- Terminal 5.
I have to get my baggage and then meet my client at baggage claim in Terminal 8, @ 3:50 P.M.(Finnair)
What is my best course of action?
Where do I go once I get my luggage,
and not wanting to lug my bag around,
    least amount of moving.
I want to go rest, eat and wait.
    Thank you.

If two airlines have an agreement it should be checked all the way to final destination.
