I cant believe this happend because of this I missed to meet my long time special friend on this xmas. I dont know how she will react now.

what happened

I am not going to be with my family for christma because they dont want to upgrade me......I had flight on saturday.......but now I am book to leave on 26th.....can you belive it.....its not so merry for me

I am trying to locate some baggage for one of our Naval heroes, and have been told by American Airlines that JFK will not take any calls or even answer questions about lost baggage in customs. This person has been serving in Afghanistan and his return home has been less than hospitable. Any suggestions on how I can get some help from the folks at JFK? Thanks

American Airlines customer service is really bad.

I'm so sorry to hear that. I hope your horrible crisis has been resolved, and that all the members involved are at home, enjoying the holidays. I have a feeling that the responsible party may be AA, and not JFK. A couple of years ago, I sat on the tarmac at JFK (flight to Miami) for 7 hours; flight attendants charged me $1.50 for TAP water. I then proceeded to wait 7 more hours for my luggage because my luggage was "missing" at JFK (from a flight that never departed) and AA told me that I couldn't file a missing luggage claim on a flight that never took off - despite the luggage "missing" for over 5 hours. We later realized that the crew had gone home and that our "missing" luggage was a result of waiting for the morning crew to come in. I would advise calling new channels and radio stations to get your story out there, in hopes that other families and men anmd women helping to keep our country safe don't suffer the same mistreatment. Wishing you peace and love during this holiday season.

I'm sorry to hear about all your travel woes. My brother just flew American to JFK yesterday and his luggage was lost. We have been calling American every hour on the hour and they have quoted us so many different "estimated times of delivery" that it's laughable. Finally we find out that they outsource the delivery service by this place called "Perfect Delivery" (HAHA get it?) and once we got their number, their offices were closed. So, now we are going on day #2 with no bags, no word of when to expect them and no hope! GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!

Hi, Please let me know if the Delta flight nº 0094 is leaving today to Barcelona - Thank you.

any news on flights heading to vancouver? any delays?

yes how come there is no upfront comment from airport management to alert everyone that the AIRPORT IS A ZOO, MULTIPLE FLIGHTS DELAYED/CANCELLED, UNABLE TO ACCESS AIRLINES AS ALL NUMBERS ARE OVERLOADED, PASSENGERS ARE BEING TREATED LIKE CRAP.........how come

I found a web site with some actual information, give it a go www.flightstats.com

It's like this at every airport across the country. The storm in the east had a ripple effect that now stretches all the way to the Pacific. It will take days for the airlines to recover and patience is wearing very thin for passengers, airline personnel, airport personnel, etc. Get used to it, this will happen every time there's bad weather that affects the whole east coast. Grin and bear it.

stop complaining and be happy your flying across the country for 99 bucks. Take greyhound if you dont like it.

i work for a local airline in Ecuador, and I deal with this kind of complains every single day, however there's a certain type of passangers that complain about everything, even when things go right! flying is the best way to go anywhere, and as it deals with wheather, mostly, there are thins that are completely out of our hands! if you are not willing to understand this, why don't you take a bus or boat!!

Can someone please explain how diverting someone's flight to jfk and then being offered a bus ticket to philly just in time for a person to miss their flight out of philly is helpful???
