First, Jet Blue is located at Terminal 5. Use Airtrain to transfer between the terminals. If your Delta flight is on time you have time to transfer. Changing the terminals does involve going through security again.

I want to travel from JFK to Madison Hotel in One Convent Road, Morristown 07960-6922 in New Jersey what should I do?

Two options:
1. Take a taxi - it will charge you on meter.
2. Take public transportation - Take Airtrain to Jamaica Station . Then take subway line E to Penn Station(34th street). From there take NJ Transit Rail to Morristown.

i am departing jfk on jetblue, and returning on delta. is it possible to take the airtrain from the delta terminal back to the jetblue terminal so i can get my car when i return from the jetblue terminal? how long is the trip? is the airtrain the best way to do this, or is there a bus that would be better suited for it?

Airtrain is most convenient way in this case - it will take you no more that 10 min.

What hours is the Airtrain running? Or does it provide 24 hour service?

The Airtrain provides full 24 hours service, seven days a week.

Nevermind, I finally found the answer at http://www.panynj.gov/airports/jfk-airtrain.html. It runs 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Convenient!

Hi i am arriving on a red eye to terminal 4 on virgin and only have an hour to get to terminal 1. what is the best way?

Airtrain is the best way. You will find the Airtrain on the third floor at Terminal 4. Take the train on Track 2 - Terminal 1 is the second stop.
