We need to know what is the cross street on Columbus Ave.
Here is the map of the subway and as you see there, line A runs next to Columbus Ave and has many stops along that route.

I'm going to visit New York for a weekend vacation and will be arriving to JFK Around 3 pm.

I'm staying at Sheraton Hotel and Towers (811 7th Avenue 53rd Street New York)

Can somebody please tell me how to get there?

Thanks!

As soon as you arrive look for Ground Transportation counter(or Welcome Center)located in arrivals hall in each terminal. The agents there will be able to give you all options how to get to your hotel.

Since I will be staying at the Comfort Inn JFK Airport Hotel, there is a free shuttle to the hotel from JFK. Question is, what's the cheapest way to get to Manhattan, and the easiest way, from the JFK Airport; 5 passengers and 5 suitcases.

I remember waiting at the Free Hotel Shuttles area at the JFK Airport and seeing a bus circling around - Port Authority or something, and heard that someone rode on it to get to the city. Is this true? I'd appreciate some advice.

Clearly, the subway to the airtrain and JFK is a good way to go, but how long does this trip take during average business midday?

It will take around one hour.

I wanted to know if this rail stops at penn station, and if it does which line do I take?

Airtrain does not go to Penn Station. However, you can take Airtrain to either Howard Beach station or Jamaica Station where you can transfer to subway lines(resp. A and E) going to Penn Station. Also at Jamaica station you can transfer to LIRR(another rail system, faster than subway) that will take you to Penn Station.

I am so confused could someone reply me,I will be having my kid with me.

There are airline counters where you will be arriving to recheck your luggage after immigration process. They are for the purposes of transferring the luggage to the connecting flights. Not to worry. Good luck.

Also i need to find kuwait Airways check-in counter to get our boarding passes. Will there be check-in counter at T4 for kuwait airways or do i have to go to different terminal to collect my boarding pass.Someone please reply me.

Thank you

Take Airtrain to Jamaica Station . Then take subway line E to Lexington Ave(53rd street). From there transfer to subway line 6(direction downtown). Get off at Grand Central Stop. Take bus M42 or M104 towards 1st Ave. Get off at the last stop(1st Ave). The hotel is a block away from there.
