There are plenty of hotels nearby JFK. They cost from $90 and up. Besides that you can spend the night at Terminal 4 which is open 24/7 but there are only seats available there to rest.

Last time I landed at JFK and took a cab downtown I think they screwed me over. I paid 80 Dollars. How much is a cab to let's say Times Square usually from JFK? And how do I find the right cabs who don't screw me over?

You really overpaid for your trip. The cab ride to any point to Manhattan on YELLOW cab is flat rate of $45 + $5 toll + $0.50 tax= $50.50 . Tip is on your discretion.
In front of each terminal there is a yellow cab station where an uniformed taxi dispatcher will assist you.

What is the fastest and cheapest way to get to Washinington Hts NewYork.

Fastest way:
Yellow cab (from JFK to any point to Manhattan) costs flat rate of $45 + bridge toll($5.50)
Cheapest Way:
Take Airtrain from any terminal on track 1 to Howard Beach Station( be careful - on that track there are two alternating trains going to different routes; check the sign above the doors as the train arrives; the green colored sign is Howard Beach one). Then take subway line A towards Manhattan to 175th street stop. Cost-$7.25

Hi,
In the evening of April 29th,
I am flying in from DC and want to
go to Greenwich, CT.
Could you please tell me what is the cheapest way to get there?
Thank you!
Makiko

The cheapest way to get there is by public transportation.
Take Airtrain from any terminal on track 1 to Jamaica Station( be careful - on that track there are two alternating trains going to different routes; check the sign above the doors as the train arrives; the red colored sign is Jamaica one). Take subway E to 53th street/Lexington Ave stop. There transfer to subway line 6 going downtown for one stop to Grand Central. At Grand Central take Metro North train to Greenwich,CT. There is train every 30 minutes to the place. Cost of the ride: $15.25($18-peak) per person.

My mom is flying to JFK from Moscow via Aeroflot. She does not speak English. Is there any way to find a Russian-speaking aide to help her find the terminal and the gate for her connecting flight? Thank you.

It is very hard to do that in advance. She can ask Aeroflot people after she lands - most of them do speak Russian. Or you can print a note in English(so she can show it to any uniformed employee) asking for assistance with the details of her connecting flights. That helps every time.

Least expensive way for 4 people to travel to Brooklin Red Hook Terminal from JFK? Can the Luggage be sent first so we can go to Bobby Flay's Mesa Grill? We arrive at 6AM, but the Mesa Grill does not open until Noon. Then from Mesa Grill to the Queen Mary 2

Since you have luggage I would not recommend you public transportation as being the least expensive one. Taking a taxi will be your best decision(there is no shuttle going there). It will cost you somewhere between $35-$45 for the whole cab. Arrange/ask QM2 personal if you can leave your bags there first.

Hi,
My wife and child are coming to JFK terminal 4 by Emirates airlines. It is very difficult to manage the luggages with a small baby. She want assistance to collect the baggage from the conveyer belt to the car parking area. Where she can approach for the assistance?

Regards
ANOOF ALI

Hi Anoof,
you can always ask for assistance at the baggage belt. There are so called "Sky caps" and their job is to do exactly that - just ask any uniformed employee to locate one for you.
