Arrange for wheelchair assistance with AA for the JFK arrival and if bags will be checked all the way through. If not they will need to claim bags at T8 and take them to T4 for AI check-in. Take AirTrain on track 2 from T8 to T4, it is wheelchair accessible.

How long does it take to go to the shuttle bus from T5 to T6? Also is there any designation numbers on the shuttles or are they all alike? My wife is disabled, will she be able to get assistance to help find the shuttles as her time is limited at the terminals in between flights.

There are no flights from T6

do i need to make reservation for long term parking at JFK airport if i travel from 11/21 to 11/27? if so how do i do it?

Not necessary.

Hi,

I am really confused how to get as fast as possible from JFK Airport to 38-30 Crescent Street, Long Island City?

There are Airtrains, LIRR, Subway and buses, but I really do not get a plan. The MTA page is a bit confusing, any help, please?

Thanks for any suggestion,

P.S. I am arrive on 11th with AA from ZRH.

Edit: Sorry for double posting it, 1st time post did not apear immediately after posting it.

Taxi would be fastest by far, cost about $40. You can get close by AirTrain to subway ($7.25) but would require multiple transfers so: take AirTrain from terminal to Jamaica Station, transfer to inbound E subway to Roosevelt Ave/Jackson Hgts, transfer to inbound #7 subway to Queensboro Plaza, transfer to Astoria-bound N or Q subway to 39th Ave. Walk west on 39th Ave to Crescent St and turn right.

Thank you so much! You really helped me :-)

how do i get from jfy airport to wessex place princeton new jersey 08540

When transferring (on one ticket) at JFK do I need to go through immigrations, collect baggage (even if it's check-in to the destination), switch terminal and probably check-in again.

Most big hubs allow to switch terminals without going out of the international area.

Basically, if if my inbound flight is on time I'll have 2 hours to switch from T3 to T1. It's all on one ticket.

What kind of ticket you have really does not matter when you are at JFK. The procedure in the case like that is:
-clear immigration
-pick up bags
-clear customs
-re-check the bags(either at connecting flights counter for the airline that flew you in JFK or at the check-in counter for the next airline)
- go to the next airline terminal and clear security.
