Duty Free
I am flying out of JFK April 5th, returning to Canada...Is there duty free in every terminal? If not-am I able to access another terminal if the one I fly out of doesn't have one?

How can I get confirmation that Egyptair flight #MS 0986 was cancelled on March 13th?
Can I access JFK's cancellations on that day? If so, how do I do that?

Hi Mary-Owens,
unfortunately , the airport does not keep that kind of info(or if it does ,I am not aware). You can call Egypt Air though, I am sure they will have that info.
There is website www.flightstats.com but the info there goes as back as 3,4 days. They might have also archives and will be able to help you.

what is the best meeting point at terminal 7 for 2 persons arriving on Mar 30, one international BA0183 from London @ 22.40 and the other national by United7039 from IAD @ 23.15 ? thank you

Terminal 7 , arrivals hall. It is not a big place at all and it's easy to find each other.

Help you to clarify my doubt
Hi,
I will be arriving at JFK at 12:15 by Jet airways on Terminal 7 and after that i need to get into US airways at 03:59 PM from Terminal 8 for my travel to Phoenix. Can you advise me that do i have sufficient time to get my luggage and then board into US airways. Also how far the terminal 7 and 8 are located. Thanks

Jet Airways arrives at Terminal 8. Take Airtrain on track 2 for one stop to Terminal 7. It takes no more than couple of minutes to transfer. And you have plenty of time to do that.

Connecting time from Terminal 3 to Terminal 2
I'm arriving at Terminal 3 on a Delta flight from Boston to JFK at 3:24pm (if on time) and have a flight out from Terminal 2 at 4:30pm to Istanbul. Even though I'm not checking bags, I'm concerned with the 1 hour 6 minutes. Can anyone tell me for sure if the T-3 connects to T-2 without the need to leave the terminal re-enter through security? It's pretty tight, isn't it?

You should be all right with that time frame. Terminals 2 and 3 are connected behind security - no need to clear it again.

time for transfer
I will be arriving from seattle on june 19th by alska airlines around 4pm ( terminal not known) my onward flight is from termianl 4 at around 11.30pm, I want to know how much time it takes to transfer one terminal to other based on above facts.

Alaska has code-share flights at JFK either with Delta or American Airlines. Which means, you will be landing either at T3 or T8. Take Airtrain from that terminal to Terminal 4 - it won't take you more than 5-10 min. to transfer the terminals. You have plenty of time.
