Where is Immigration - at Terminal 7?
Could someone confirm if US Immigration is at Terminal 7? We are trying to confirm where to go when coming back to the US at Terminal 7, before catching a domestic flight at Terminal 5. (assume that's open now?)

Is there anywhere at terminal 7 (preferably near arrivals) to buy prepaid (or pay as you go) cell phones? Any phone company really, they are just to use for the month that we are in the USA travelling.

You can buy prepaid phones in any drug store/pharmacy/convenience store/super market...etc. Maybe the "Hudson News" stores in the terminal has them too.

i took us3292 from (clt)to (jfk), i missed the china eastern flight mu588 to shanghai on march 12th,then the next day a us airways emplyee helped me transferred to united airline, so i took UA7 TO SFO ,and UA857 to shanghai, but i haven't receive my luggage yet, is there anybody i can talk to??? pls help me,i got all my valuable items and my paperwork in it, i feel so frustrated

BYou are right both airlines are in the same terminal and he will be clearing customs here as well..giving his bags to the United transfer desk in customs, and going upstairs to check in or to go the gates.. Very Easy
Terminal 7 - both airlines there, but more complicated?
My friend is flying into JFK on a ANA (All Nippon Air) flight, and has about 3 hours and forty five minutes before catching a connecting flight with United Express. I understand that both airlines are in Terminal 7, which would seem to be good, but I would like to know whether he as a Japanese national with checked baggage would have to leave the terminal nonetheless to go through immigration and luggage claim, and how difficult or long this might be. Thanks in advance for your help.
