1. If Aeroflot doe not re-check the bags after customs at T1, then they have to take them to T4 where Sun Country will check them in.
2. Yes, they do - at T1.
3. They can use Airtrain - it takes only 3-5 mins to get to T4.
5. There are so called skycaps - they can help them with the bags.
6. The time that they have is plenty.

I arrives Terminal 4 (JFK) from DEL at 05:45am. Then I have a connecting flight to Caymans KX793 from Terminal 1 at 08:40 am.

1. Can I check my luggage through?
2. Do I have to clear customs?
3. How do I get to Terminal 4 and how much time will it take?
4. Will I have enough time?

1. Even if you check your bags through you still have to pick them up at JFK in order to pass US customs. Then you will re-check them again.
2. Yes, at T4.
3. Go to the third floor of T4, take Airtrain on track 2 and T1 is 2 stops away(~2mins free ride).
4. Yes, you have plenty of time to connect.

Ask your airline if they will check your luggage to your final destination. Regardless you will need to pick up your luggage to clear customs/immigration and then either take to connecting flights counter or check-in with KX at T1. Take AirTrain-track 2 on 3rd floor of T4 to T1. Three hours should be enough time.
