JFK Terminal 5 (formerly TWA Terminal)
Terminal 5 is the home of JetBlue Airways at John F. Kennedy International Airport. The terminal was designed by Eero Saarinen and opened in 1962 as the TWA Flight Center. Today, Terminal 5 handles JetBlue flights and provides passengers with check-in, departures, arrivals, baggage services, restaurants and shops.

Did you mean "You will inform my parents and guide them reaching terminal 5" or did you mean you will inform the airline authorities? Can you please clarify. If you are guiding my parents, how do they identify you in Terminal 5 ? should they report some authority in Terminal 5 about the situation?

I called both airlines. Blue
I called both airlines. Blue jet said, their service is upto baggage collection in terminal 5. Air India said, their service begins at their counter in Terminal 4. I called airtran service if they are going to help the transport between terminals, they said they dont. I am really concerned as they are travelling tommrrow. Do you have any contcat number of Skycap or porter?

I am flying in to JFK on
I am flying in to JFK on Jetblue and will be departing on Delta. I am surprising someone who will be coming in on and international flight. Where is the best place for me to stand and watch for them? As they come throrgh customs can they see the other side and who is standing out there? I am trying to make it where I will see them and then they wont see me until they are finally coming through customs. Its a surprise...

Pls I am inquiring if I can have a meet and assist at NYK JFK , I will be arriving from London on British airways flight no. BA 175 that arrives at JFK airport on Dec. 26th at 1:40pm at TERMINAL 7 and i will to catch a connection on the same day on Jet Blue airlines flight number 74 that leaves at 4:45 pm from TERMINAL 5 is it possible if i have a meet an assist to guide me from one terminal to another

Take an air train on the third floor and it will take you from terminal 7 to terminal 5 in minutes. It is fast and free.

2 hours and 15 minutes is fine as long as your flight from Miami is on time.

Hi, im arriving to jfk aiport terminal 5 (jet blue) and my friend is arriving to terminal 4 (lan chile) at the same time, we ve never been on jfk airport before and we wont have cell phones, what is the best place to arrange to get together? She arrives at 7:30 am on an international flight, and I arrive at 8:30 on a national flight! who will be out sooner? where to meet? thanks!

Go to terminal 4 arrivals
Go to terminal 4 arrivals you can meet your friend next to foreign exchange counter. To get from terminal 5 to terminal 4 you would have to use free and fast air train.
waiting areas and restaurants before security gates
Does anyone know what facilities there are before the security gates to allow one to wait with passengers before their flight?

There are some coffee shops
There are some coffee shops where you can sit with your departing passenger and it is before the security.
