I have a flight coming into JFK weds morning from JAX scheduled to land at 8:34am Just wanted to make sure everything is still scheduled on time. I tried calling directly but the wait was extremely long and i decided to try here as well.

I am confirmed on the Jet Blue to Kingston for wednesday night. Newsreports says there will be delays up until the weekend. I have meetings down there,will JetBlue change my flight without fees if i call?

I am scheduled for a 530pm flight today on delta. they dont answer the phone, keep getting disconnected from the website.... I have a three hour train ride to get to JFK... if we go there, i am sure the flight will be cancelled and we will be stranded....not sure what to do here... if delta doesnt answer the phone to help customers, will they still change my flight at no charge.. I have been trying to call them for 6 hours now. NOt even AMEX could help me get through to them.

Having the exact same issues with delta. My boyfriend needs to change tickets for Tuesday..His flight is still scheduled but it's likely to be a problem for him to get there in the severe weather and he could also arrive to a cancelled flight. where are Delta's staff???? Not good enough at all

Hi! I am travelling from Raleigh to JFK (arriving at 1 PM) via Jet blue and then I need to catch my Air India flight to Delhi, India (departing at 4 pm) the same day. Could you please provide me with the terminal details for both these travelling points and connectivity options between them.

To be specific, I would also like to know that to catch the terminal train at Terminal 5, would I have to step out of the airport or is this facility available within terminal 5?

Good day,

I will be flying to Kingston, Jamaica from JFK on Jet Blue Airlines on December 30th, 2010. I will be taking the shuttle bus from Grand Central Station to get to the airport and would like to know if I would be able to get assistance or a trolley to transport the tv on.
Also, I will have the tv checked and would like to know if I have to pay extra to get it wrapped up and marked as fragile for my flight.

My both parents who are old and one on wheel chair, are arriving in terminal 5 on dec23rd at 11.00am.they have to catch air India flight in terminal 4 at 4.00pm.
I called jet blue. Jet blue personnel can assist until the baggage claim area in terminal 5 but not thereafter. could you please inform the facilities for carrying both check in luggage and cabin bags from terminal 5 to 4 with the help of porter and wheel chair. please inform the processes involved in this.
