How to return my iPhones

Dear Sirs.
My name is Mikhail Nadezhkin. I'm from Russia.
At March 11, 2012 I bought 4 iPhones 4S in Apple Store.
At March 15, 2012 I flew back from New York to Russia. When I checked in my luggage at JFK, all iPhones were in my bag. But in Moscow I discovered that there were only 2 iPhones in my bag. Maybe the rest phones were confiscated at customs or stolen.
In case of these phones were confiscated what I have to do to return my iPhones?

I am arriving AA from Canada

I am arriving AA from Canada at JFK Terminal 8 at 1:10 PM. I only have carry-on bags, no check-in bags. I need to connect flight at Terminal 4 Air India at 3 PM.

(a) Since this is a transit situation just for connecting flights between 2 terminals, do I have to go through security and custom immigration again at Terminal 4 ?

(b) Since I have carry-on bags, how much time is needed if I have to clear custom & immigation, and security again at Terminal 4 again ?

Thank you in advance.

your security

On Saturday night Feb 4th I had a 2 hour layover from StMartin to Boston. We moved right along going thru customs until we reached your security. As I went thru I set off the alarm which I expected because I've had both my knees replaced. I've flown before so I expected to have the body search. The woman who checked me out was so extremely slow that it took 45 minutes to get checked out. When she completed she said " If you think this took to long maybe you should complain and we'll get more help." Well, I don't think you need more help I think you need to fire her and get new help.

I was in the JetBlue area on Feb 4th about 10:30 or 11. The woman was probably mid 50s, heavy, and had long dark hair with gray in it and pulled back in a braid.

I appreciate it if you'd answer this mail and let me know if there's anything else you need.

Thank You,

DGiblin

Immigrant visa line??

My wife just received an immigrant visa (CR-1) to live with me here in the U.S. My question is, after she picks up her luggage, which immigration line does she enter? I suspect she will use the U.S.Citizen/Permanent Resident line. Would this be correct?

Lost USB thumb drive

Was a USB thumbdrive found at about 3:00 PM, 26 December, in security control check point near Delta Airlines gate (JFK Airport)?

If so, how can I get it back?

I am overseas now, but will return on 1 Jan. to JFK.

My Email is: tworrom@verizon.net

Thanks,

Todd M.

security

I forgot to leave my small multitool and pepper mint spray. I had no check in bag. When passing security, they said these things are not allowed. I understand that I should leave them. But they threw them away. I want my things back. I told them to keep it in the airport until I come back. Those are my properties. They shouldn't have authority to throw my things. Those things are for my self defense because I come back late at night time alone. If something happens, they are responsible for that. Where and who should i complaint about it? I'm really not satisfied with that.

baby formula

I have a 3 month old baby and we are using distilled water for the baby formula. Preparing the formula at home, am I going to be allowed for 6 bottles of liquid formula (everything visible in a zip-top bag) for a JFK - Istanbul flight? This will be 6 bottles x 4 ounces = 24 ounces, in total.

Coffee in carry-on

Hi, I'm flying from Dominican Republic back to the US next week, trying to keep my checked bag under the new 50 lb weight limit. Can i carry coffee grounds (still in original packaging) in my carry-on? I can't find any restrictions against it but I don't want to lose it when I get to customs.

Hi if you are going BA from

Hi if you are going BA from T5 you will need to be sure as the security is stronger on thing you can take on the flight from the UK than when coming back though JFK TSA if you are in T5 you can check before you go though and leave anything with a relative you can't take. the TSA use full body scans in JFK T7 so put everything in to a box for x-ray my brother in-law got stopped because he had a tissue in his pocket.

I have a friend that travels from the US often. And would like him to purchase 3 iphones. For me, my partner, and my sister.
