I was walking out of JFK Terminal 1 around 9:30pm on 01/13/2019 when I almost tripped over a black bag lying near the crosswalk. We yelled to the people crossing the street if it was theirs. No one claimed it. My boyfriend went inside to hand it in but was told they could not take it. Unfortunately there is nothing with the owners name any where. The only thing I can tell by the contents is that it belongs to a woman.
