Lost grey carry on at Terminal 1 pick up passenger area. (Around 3:42pm, Oct 11) Had all our documents in there. When checked the cameras, saw that a family took the luggage by mistake. Again the carry on had very sensitive documents of our entire family.

My name is Mary Hanna and I hereby report an incident of losing my floral Jansport backpack at JFK airport in front of gate 10 and 12 on 16 Sep, 2019 around 12:00-1:30 am

I was waiting for my flight SU123 and the bag was in front of me and when they called for boarding I couldn’t find the bag.

I checked with the Security and they advised me to send an email stating the whole incident and what exactly was in the bag.

The bag contained Calvin Klein dark beige long coat for women size small and some medicines (1 small Advil, 1 big and 1 small Centrum for Adults, 3 boxes of mixed nuts and 1 Glucosamine)
